I wanted the model .002 with a hole in the base plate for the spray. There was no way to specify the correct model on your system. Even the gentleman in your store couldn't figure it out. The model pictured here is incompatible with my sink. I had to return it.

Unable to tell from pictures of faucet before ordering so just hoping for the best. Turns out the sprayer hose is this cheap hard white inflexible plastic that doesn't bend and very non-functional. Had an American Standard faucet with this cheap hose before, have lots of experience with it not bending resulting in water not spraying where you want it. Also inflexible hose does not hang right under the sink-gets caught on faucets and they then get yanked. Called America-Standard hoping to purchase Nylon flex hose/sprayer for this model. They do not make any other type of hose/sprayer for this faucet. Did get the advice that "if you run hot water through it and move it around it will bend some but will never be flexible". So the company knows this is crap as I pointed out to them, there are much better options for the hose and yet they continue to make and market junk. It is going back.

Looks and works great! Hardest thing was removing the old 40 year old fixture since there was some corrosion and had to clean up. Took about 40 mins and I’m not a do it yourself type- just wanted to save the $400 I would have to pay a plumber- so glad I did! Got instructions from store personnel.

I've known the American Standard name for over 40 yrs and it always meant quality and this faucet lives up to that name. I've had this type of faucet in my house but it wasn't stainless steel. The acid in my well water would eat out various parts like the spout. My dad's house also had the same faucet but he has city water, and that one is still working fine 30+ years later! The nice thing is that parts to fix these are readily available unlike some of those new $400+ faucets. One reviewer mentioned missing parts, I didn't have that issue. The instructions are well done and include diagrams for clarity, they are written in English, Spanish & French.

The box came without the nuts to attach the faucet and sprayer holder to the sink.Called the number, gave them the part numbers for each of the items.We got 4 of the sprayer nuts and they didn't fit the faucet which were different numbers.Not happy with the service.
