Okay
The shade is a darker grey than what is shown in the photos. I was expecting a light grey. Also, the light is dimmable but the range is not that great - seems like other pendants I've seen have more of a dimmable range. Lights were easy to install. Ordered two and one of the inner shades came chipped. Instead of ordering another and having it shipped right away, Lamps Plus requires me to mail it in then they ship out a new one. Frustrating since my kitchen remodel is already behind schedule and this just delays yet one more thing.
