Absolutely love this towel warmer. We installed it several years ago with a full bath renovation and it is still working great. I would reccomend this very highly!

I bought it about a month ago. It’s nice looking but not tall enough for bath towel.

Takes too long to warm

If you want warm towels, you have to leave this on 24 hours a day. You can't turn it on before your shower and get out to a warm towel. It only heats the portion of the towel that is touching the bar, which is logical I guess. That means you have to wind the towel through all the bars for any hope of the whole towel getting warm. The bar is not wide enough for even a standard-size bath towel without have to fold it or bunch it up. I would have returned it but I modified it to be hard wired.

I ordered ship to store, arrived on time no damage. Easy to install, instructions were simple. Works perfectly, was only 20 dollars more than our single bar 24” Grohe brand no heat towel bar. Highly recommend great value!

Love Warm Towels

Great purchase. The depth of the rack from the wall is just right to hang towels easily. The towel rack maintains the temperature so they stay warm and toasty. I opted not to use the plug but had it hardwired.

I can't wait to get my new towel warmer installed! It came quickly and in great shape. No problems with the shipping. When opening the box, it was well packaged and no issues. The parts were all there and ready to install. It is great quality and a great value. It will be a great addition installed right outside my new walk in shower! Highly recommend this towel warmer.

This was the best addition to our remodeled bathroom. So nice to have warm towels after a bath! I would recommend this product for a bathroom.

Very Attractive Towel Warmer

This is an attractive towel warmer. Although, I purchased it more to hold our towels, I would have given it five stars if it would heat the towels faster. I like the look in our bathroom and it was easy to hang. I didn't give much thought to where I would plug it in when I ordered it but it turned out to be close to the outlet. May be something to consider if you are going to purchase a towel warmer :)

Attractive and functional

We have not yet installed the towel bar but it was packaged well and arrived without issue. The only improvement I would suggest is a switch. This item has to be plugged in to work, and does not have the ability to be hard-wired (as far as I can tell). We ended up installing a switch with an outlet, so that we can use a wall switch to control it.

Exactly as described! One upgrade would to have a flat plug (flush with the wall) instead of one that sticks out of the wall.

Nice looking towel bar

We thought it was hardwired. It is not it is plug in. We bought the bigger one and it was too big for the space so we went smaller. It is a curved bar. I thought it was straight.

Really wanted to like this product but was fairly disappointed. It's built well and sturdy and easy enough to assemble even without instructions but the heating feature is obviously for drying, not warming. Towels may be slightly warm on the inside but not evenly and it doesn't do a good job of warming the full towel. Perhaps is not supposed to. Still makes a nice low profile towel rack.

ease of installation

This small 4 bar towel warmer fits perfectly into our redesigned bath. It was easy to install and looks great against the blue tile wall of our wet room. Why in the world did we ever have "decorative towels" in the bath anyway?

Absolutely amazing towel warmers! Purchased two - one for each of our bathrooms and what a fantastic price too. My neighbors ordered similar and spent the same amount on one that we spent on 2 of them! I may just purchase them for our vacation rental too now that we see how amazing they look in person.

Although a lovely looking fixture, it doesn't provide the heat I had hoped for. The bars do get very warm, but not too hot. I've tried leaving it on in the hope that the towels would get "fresh from the dryer" hot, but to no avail. I would not recommend this product if that is what you're searching for. Go for a more expensive version. As mine is hardwired, I won't be able to switch it out and the warmth level will have to suffice.
