I had a handyman replace my old 1930s plumbing with pex. This shower is amazing! After he did all the repiping in the bathroom, he came back another day and installed the shower. It took him probably about an hour, not much more. It looks amazing and works wonderfully. First great shower I've had here in years! The flow is adjustable and the shower head is flexible. The whole installation can be done to any height to suit your taste. I love it!

Wonderful Outdoor Shower

I have a hot tub & needed a place for guests to rinse off before getting in it. I wanted an outdoor shower unit that would not rust & could handle the elements outside. This one works great for what I wanted!

Bad looking worse shipping

This item was shipped directly from the vendor in the flimsy retail box. It arrived scratched and dented from rattling around in the box. The so called crome finish on the shower head tube was awful it had tool marks on it and looked only slightly better than cheap electrical conduit. At this price point I expected much better quality. To add insult to injury it didn’t come with a return label. I had to drive 30 miles to the store to return. Don’t waste your time or money on this product.

Received it in 3 days not 7 and was very surprised. Then I opened the package and was surprised again. What a beautiful shower unit! Just what we were looking for to compete the shower that we have. In fact, it is up and running and my husband has already had his first shower!

Nice having a pre made exterior shower valve ready to install and looks good and works well. But the shower riser is to short. To have the shower head at about 6'6" it places the supply handles at chest hight for a 6 foot individual which looks silly and tough for small kids to reach. They should include an extension nipple of at least 12" or offer it as an extra at time of purchase.

Unsure if I will like

Disappointed that the description of this did not say the gooseneck was galvanized - not chrome - and the body is rough chrome, not shiny. I ordered this in the hope it would replace a shower set that is ages old and leaking badly. It's in a small space and my options are limited to something that looked just like the old fittings. Now I'm learning that if I want something even remotely good looking I have to shell out a couple hundred more bucks. Hate to do that, too.

This is a high quality product, especially considering the price. The finish is very nice chrome over brass. The quarter-turn valves are smooth and feel robust. The "Valve Not Included" in the description is nonsense. Installation and hook-up are elementary, and it's an easy change-over if you want the supply to come from below. Use at least a triple-wrap on your teflon tape. The included mounting screws are nice too. The first copy I received had a bent stem. Very weird. I took it to my local store and they sent it back and reordered for me. The replacement came very quickly. If you are mounting this outside where there is freeze possibility, mount it as it comes, with the supply from above. That way you can easily drain it for winter.

I had to spend an additional $45 to make it right

This product has a good-looking and simple design, and a value price. Unfortunately, when I installed it, the hot-water tap leaked, and the cartridge needed to be replaced (I had let more than 30 days elapse between buying and installing it, so couldn't just return it as defective). Also, the rainfall shower head was really weak, so I replaced that with an inexpensive but stronger shower head from my local hardware store. Now it is great, but I can't give it good marks after the extra trouble and expense.
