Despite winterizing it developed crack. They sent a replacement, but I had to pay a plumber to reinstall.

This is an excellent shower system for our outdoor shower. The controls are simple and work well. We used a Speakman rain head on it and could not be happier. We are design professionals who love showering outdoors and also enjoy putting it together ourselves. Build.com shipped the pieces quickly and it arrived early and safely.
