poor quality globes

The fixture I received seems to have been shipped directly from the manufacturer. While the quality of most of the fixture is great, the exterior clear glass globes are not. The first one I pulled out has scratches on the inside and outside of the glass. The glue for the silver trim at the bottom rides about 1/4" up above the trim. The second glob is mostly fine, except I now have someone's fingerprint stuck to the glass that I cannot get to come off. We like this fixture, so we will try to replace it and see if quality improves...fingers crossed! If I cannot edit this post, I will post a new review when the new fixture arrives. It's difficult to photograph the flaws with light glares, but I tried.

I searched high and low for a double sconce in Polished Nickel for my bathroom remodel. I'm glad I found this one, it's is prettier in person and I'm very happy with my purchase. I have (2) 60 Watt bulbs in; my electrician installed a dimmer switch.
