Seemed as if someone had opened the box and just threw parts inside,
I love the Delta Brand, they have been around forever and are everlasting. They are durable and easy to install. It came with easy to understand directions that made installation a breeze.

The 6 way diverter allows for multiple uses- shower head, hand held arm and a rain wall mount shower. My contractor will be installing soon and excited to see it in action!
It is exactly as expected. Solid and beautiful. I went with matte black and it arrived in perfect condition. It’s heavy and seems constructed really well. I have not had installed yet but excited to get it in!
exactly what I needed
We really wanted a dual shower head so that one is a rain style and the other something we could pull down to make cleaning, dog washing etc. easier. This allows us to control which head is on or have both on at the same time and matches the heads well.
