Seizing and flaking finish on the handles

Purchased the Moen Lindor Model # 82504SRN back in 2019 when we remodeled our bathroom. The cold water handle began to seize (like others have been experiencing) and the base began to turn as well. Not only that, but the finish on the handles began to peel off not only on the handles but also on the faucet as well. Flaking on the faucet is barely visible but on both handles it was much more pronounced, specially at the base of each handle. It looks there is some sort of plastic film over the metal finish which turns white before it peels off over time. Moen was nice enough to send us replacements handles (replaced today) but after installing the handles I now notice the cold water valve handle now has some play, most likely due to the forcing and closing of the handle before the new one was installed. Instead of closing at 3 ' clock where is supposed to, it now closes a notch above the 3 o'clock. I wish the faucet's quality was as good as it's looks. Very disappointing.

Beautiful faucet set

It does not come with the hoses and cartridges that are necessary to install. I’m not a plumber and didn’t understand what I needed.

Faucet Leaking at base and Through Top of Handle

I purchased (2) Voss widespread faucets for my bathroom remodel. The plumber came to install and once installed, the faucet started leaking at the base and through the top of the handle. I tried calling Moen customer support, waited on hold a very long time with no response. I've purchased all other Voss items for my bathroom based on the look of the faucet and now I may return both faucets as defective..., frustrating!

Similar seizing issue as others have noted here

Have had this T6905BN faucet in our bathroom for almost 4 years. Love the look but like others they have become very hard to turn without spinning the entire base. Cold water worse than the hot, but both have become problematic.. almost unusable. Seems to be some corrosion issue and not the cartridge. Am disappointed with the quality of this fairly expensive faucet.

It’s a beautiful faucet, perfect for my bathroom remodel. I bought it to match the one I bought for my Roman tub - there are not many to choose from if you want a hand shower, but I love the look of the Voss faucets. They have a combination of curves and gentle corners that I find so appealing.

It's ok if you want a orangey brass color. I was looking for a more yellow gold color. I bought another color of the same model elsewhere since I found a better price than at wayfair. I do like the faucet!

Well made fixture but disappointing finish

Purchased two Voss Faucets for a double vanity - they are stunning and really can match any style. My disappointment is the polished nickel finish - has a very tarnished appearance. Wiping with soft cloth to polish easily removes fingerprints and restores shine but the color is very off, tarnished and "turned" appearing. Far too dark compared to other Moen polished nickel and these have only been installed for two weeks.

Great features - one minor exception

The finish is beautiful, resilient, durable. The function is flawless. The only minor exception is the aerator. After it catches small debris, it’s difficult to remove and difficult to clear.
