Pretty nice, difficult install

This is a pretty good towel warmer. It looks really nice and works quite well. I ordered this one because it was the only one in this form factor / size that fits the space above my tub perfectly. It is an oil filled warmer meaning the heat is distributed really evenly and you can actually just leave it running 24/7 without causing any problems.

Great Service! Great Products!

I am a general contractor, I deal with vendors and subcontractors on a daily basis. I have gotten used to false promises, under performance, and incomplete orders. This was not the case with Only Towel Warmers. I was in a huge bind, I needed a towel warmer installed for a client by Friday and realized on Wednesday night at 6:00 pm that it hadn't been ordered. Michael and his team were GREAT! I was shocked by how quickly they responded to my email request. After several emails and phone conversations with Michael that evening, I receive an order confirmation at 11:00 pm Wednesday that my towel warmer would arrive to the job site on Friday morning. To my amazement, the towel warmer arrived Friday morning at 10:00 just as Michael promised, my electrician had it installed by 11:00, and I was the hero. To me, Michael and his team are the HEROES, they literally saved the day!
