Very Difficult to use for an Elderly Person
The piece in the middle to remove for the paper is extremely hard to get back in, especially for my elderly parents. I spent the extra money for them and I wasted it. Had to go by another one instead and my contractor threw out the box! $182 down the drain!
Doesn't include mounting bracket..
Decent quality unit but it's a recessed unit without a mounting bracket. Seriously?
Great finish
Good finish product but when inserting full roll of toilet paper becomes too bulky. Othwrwise i do recommend the product
Incorrect description
The description is off. The unit is bright silver color, which is OK if that’s what you are looking for. I wanted brushed stainless. Good construction though
