Please find another stove to purchase

I wish I would have read all the reviews before purchasing this stove! I don't recommend you purchase. The grate that sits over the burners- has so few prongs that any small pan tips over, crashing to the floor. Maybe with hot oil in it!

Glass door shatters

After the 3rd time baking with this oven the glass door completely shattered. Very disappointed in this product. Waste of money.

Know your product

Its a beautiful product but should of been converted before delivery to a propane use it took my son several hour to fix this problem.

This range is absolute garbage! It looks nice but I have had this unit for one year, 45 days over the one-year warranty and it has completely stopped working. The oven dial is broken and won't light and now three of the four burners have stopped working and when the working burner is turned off it leaks gas. I had to unplug the unit and disconnect the gas. Unique or Wayfair will not refund or replace the unit.

The stove arrived yesterday, but one of the burners cuts off as soon as released. This is very disappointing.

Great looking Oven for small space

This is a great oven if you’re looking for something in a small space. Storage in bottom drawer. We bought the matching Vent above, too.

Small range delivers big! I was able to roast a 14 lb. Turkey this Thanksgiving and it cooked perfectly. They oven temp is spot on and maintains an accurate temperature. The flow of the grates from burner to burner is seamless. great looking and easy to clean. This is a well-designed range. So happy I spent the few hundred dollars more than its' counterpart.

Poor delivery

It was delivered and just left outside my building. I have a lobby and a doorman and whoever delivered it didn’t bring it in, tell my doorman or call me to let me know it was being delivered. They left it on the curb. And neither me nor my doorman can bring it inside on our own. Spending over a $1,000 on something to be treated so carelessly is infuriating.

DO NOT buy this range

I purchased this range about a year and a half ago. Upon delivery, one of the burners wouldn't stay lit, and I was able to fix it over the phone with some instruction from the manufacturer (they were a month out for service calls and I needed it fixed, hence the phone instructions). A few months later, same problem, which I again fixed the same way as before. Now, three of the burners won't stay lit. This little range has been a problem since day one. Strongly do NOT recommend.

broken handle

I spent extra money on a nicer piece of hardware for my apartment. Its very nice, but upon areival, the handle for the storage rack pulled off when opening it for the first time. In order to screw it back into place, I had to take off screws that hold the drawer and then the screws on the inside to get behind the handle. Once I spent the time to disassemble it, i realized that the screw was threaded as it got thrashed when the handle was pulled. Now, ill find some metal screws that fit and a drip of loctite to seal the deal. But, annoying that I have to fix it before i even installed it. Not the best experience so far, hopefully the product stands up. Also, the face of the drawer has a scratch from the handle sliding down, not even installed yet and it has a scratch

broken glass oven door

We love this gas range, however tonight while heating the oven to 350 there ws a loud bang and the glass door broke. It was purchased 10 months ago, This range is in use regularly with the oven only a few times so far. I need this replaced right away!!!

Great oven. It is a small 20” which fits the space perfectly but it has the broiler at the top rather than the bottom drawer. I love it.

I don't have it installed yet. Delivery and condition were excellent. Very good looking. Wayfair is on top of everything. Installing in fulltime fifth wheel with 5 foot flexible hookup.

Very cute stove and looks amazing next to my retro fridge! Unfortunately, the side of it was dented during shipping. I'm hoping that the manufacturer can fix it for me as Wayfair refuses to help.

Our “brand-new” incredibly overpriced (pandemic price gouging) stove looked fine when we took it out of the box and checked it immediately after receipt, but when we went to install it now a few months later we discovered evidence of it having been used and suffering significant damage. The feet are worn and it appears to have been dropped from a height. Wayfair has offered us a 20 refund as the “maximum possible” but to me, that is almost as I sulti g as charging us almost 1400 for a 20” stove. Had we had ANY other option, we wouldn’t have bought this stove. We haven’t even hooked it up yet. Staggering. We have had issues with other Wayfair purchases as well - one of which they made right by replacing an item that arrived damaged, but I think they know that with bigger things it is much more of an issue for people to return it than to just suck it up - and they count on that. I’ll be leaving more reviews on the other items, but my positive impression of this company’s customer service has completely evaporated. I spoke to Amy in customer service who was very nice but completely unhelpful.

A touch of luxury

I love this stove! It's so sexy and sleek and makes any small kitchen look cool. I always though I had to have a large home to have a stove like this. Not ideal for a rental property, the stainless steal top would get destroyed also, the oven is really tiny, average cookie sheet will not fit. But I still love it!
