I bought 2 track kits of different lengths. One worked perfectly. Meaning, once the bypass closet doors were hung, each door slid smoothly to each side. I encountered a problem after nearly installing the track kit. After hanging the second pair of doors, I was not able to slide the doors to one side, as the doors were too close to one another. This prevented the doors from sliding from side to side. Comparing the two kits, it looks like the track is not wide enough to allow the doors to slide to one side or slide together to one side.
We're using this as part of a replacement of all of our closet doors. The first doors have been replaced and this track is much easier on the door slabs. It is less noisy, and was very easy to install.
The kit did the trick and went in without a hitch.
It did not work for my door
It was what it says it was. And shipping arrived when they said it would.
Sliding door rail
This was perfect for two doors above the washer and dryer. Looks so much better

Easy to follow directions, watch for screw penetration on mounting the rollers to the door the shortest screw needs a washer to prevent pull thru penetration
Nice product. Just as pictured and expected
I purchased two of these, for two sets of closet doors. I installed these two months ago. Everything arrived in good shape. Installation was easy. As described in the product instruction as a possibility, I had to cut down the track length due to the smaller size of our opening but this was easy -- due to the product design, the cut does not have to be exact. The mechanism for making adjustments to the wheel's height on the door is ingenious. It works with ease and works well. With it I was able to easily square up the doors where they touch the opening's side walls. One recommendation for product improvement is that the product come with four finger "handles" instead of just two. Aesthetically, I think two next to each other on each door would look better than the one supplied for each bi-pass door given the size of the doors. Also, the door's floor track mechanism has a somewhat cheap appearance given the visible exposed screw in the middle of it. The mechanism should be designed to hide the screw. An alternative would be for it to come in a darker color (Perhaps painted, not plain stamped steel) in order for it to better visually blend into the floor.

I was looking for a solution that could hold the solid core closet doors better than the product carried at the store and this product was only marginally better.

Closet Bypass Track
My husband was able to install the by pass track and it performed as specified. We are pleased to be able to get this "do it yourself" product at a reasonable price thereby allowing us to stretch our budget and order more do it yourself items!
Replacing closet door track? Buy this one.
After reading some reviews here about confusion with other brands' installation/instructions, I tried these. No problem, the hangars are clearly marked and the instructions clearly show 2 different options for installing them, depending on how thick your doors are. The steel track is easy enough to trim with a regular hacksaw and installs easily with a few screws. I liked that each roller has a wheel that allows you to adjust the final height of the doors or to level them. Rollers move smoothly and quietly; I prefer hanging the doors rather than a floor-mounted track because it's quiter and seems more stable.
LOW QUALITY WILL NOT LAST
NOT AS GOOD AS JOHNSON PRODUCTS DOOR HARDWARE. PRIME LINE SLIDING DOOR HARDWARE IS FLIMSY AND LOW QUALITY.
