Love the product. Have only ordered twice. This last order they sent the wrong product. Needed the for the weekend. They did replace with the correct ones, but had to wait again. Delayed painting, drying & installation. Also, my 1st order came broken I did not paint it til weather permitted outdoors. I called to inform the customer service department that a piece of the ornamental wood part was broken off & not in the box it was defective. The guy told me it was too long ago & could not replace. I did not notice until we went to install. It was like $34.95 plus shipping. I put it up anyhow with the broken off part. Disappointed they don't inspect before shipping not once, but twice. They would not send a new one I was very irritated with the attitude questioning my word. I put it on a very expensive custom wood hood it should be perfect for what I have invested. Probably won't order again due to the non replacement. I am a perfectionist & expect a non broken item when I order.
