Cold brewed coffee...not with this thing.

Very attractive design and appearance but, to get a cup of coffee equivalent to "perked" coffee requires at least 50% as much(or more) coffee grounds...based on 24 or more hours per soak.

I love this coffee maker.

Excellent cold brew

This set makes the best cold brew coffee. Living in AZ, I make (and drink) a LOT of cold brew, and I'm thinking of buying another of these pots to make twice as much each time. I definitely recommend it!

Worked great until it broke

I was really enjoying using this for the last two months, easy to prepare and easy to clean. Just now I was hand-washing it and the glass insert separated from the plastic casing/handle when I was rinsing the carafe and the glass broke in my sink. Very disappointing.

Best cold brew pot

Best cold brew pot. Very easy to use and clean. I would recommend this little pot. Fits great on door of refrigerator. It comes in two sizes. The smaller one is great for one or two people. Larger one is best if you like several cold brews a day. Takes 24 hours to brew in frig.

I love my cold brew.

I love cold brew because of my stomach. still tring to figure out the brand of coffee that I like the best to make it. This little cold brew pitcher works for me. Once made I transfer to another container so I can make more, as it takes 2 days for your brew. Loved the price .

Makes great cold-brew coffee. Easy to clean.

I decided to try this since Consumer Reports highly ranked it. I wanted something easier to clean than the French press I previously used, and I do like this much better. I wasn't sure whether the recommended 24-hour brew time would give the cold-brew coffee somewhat of a bitter taste, but the couple of runs I've made thus far has been great. The instructions say to initially pour the water over the ground coffee. This must be done slowly.

Great size and works great, too!!

So far so good! I like the way this brews, I like the size, and it seems well made. I was looking at other brands on Amazon and there were a million different choices. I went with this one because of the reviews and because I trusted that it was made by a company that makes ONLY coffee pots for 70 years I think I read. I would buy this product again.

Glass carafe can slide out of holder

Works great. However, the instructions say to not remove the glass insert from the outer (plastic?) holder. The first time I used it, the glass part slid out when I tipped it to pour. Kinda dangerous. Be careful.

The best for cold brew or hot!

This was my second time purchasing this coffee carafe. I purchased one last year and it works so well for cold brew, but over the winter my husband started using it for hot coffee instead of the french press. He loves it so much, I need an other one for this summer's cold brew! We are both rough on our things and all of the parts are pretty sturdy and durable.

A awesome coffee maker for cold brew! 16 oz ground coffee in filter with bottom cap on, fill with water, park in frig overnight, remove quality mesh filter, remove bottom cap on filter and empty to clean, pour coffee over ice, (or not) add your mix-ins and enjoy like your coffee first time.

This is my 2nd time purchasing this product. I love it! It's easy to clean and use! The first one lasted 6 months before it got broken. For the price, it's a great product, even if having to replace it twice a year!

Easy Cold Brew at Home

I am loving the cold brew maker! The removable ground holder makes it easy to fill then remove after letting steep for the 24 hours. I like how it comes with a grippable sleeve for the bottle of the glass carafe. Helps to make sure it doesn't get moved around in the fridge or on the counter. Just so nice having cold brew at home and helps save on money on buying it out.

Liked so much I bought a backup

So I first tried doing cold brew with my French press (rarely used) to see if I even wanted to go there. I can say this is just as easy to use and holds more liquid.

Easy way to make good home, cold brew.

Don’t let the price fool you. This does excellent cold brew. It has a lot of things going for it. The glass sides help you really see how much water you have in it and an idea of how dark the brew is. Additionally the bottom of the coffee grounds filter twists off for much easier cleaning than others I’ve seen. We were buying 4 cartons weekly of a commercial cold brew, and my daughters and I now only make our own with two of these.

Easy to use

Easy to use. We only used about 7 tablespoons of regular ground coffee and it worked fine. Be careful when washing - if you immerse it in water, the protective holder will come apart from the glass - making it almost impossible to put back together. I also bought one for my teenage granddaughter and she loves it.

Worth the money for best coffee ever!

Cons: it is too small for my liking. My former cold brew used 1 lb of grounds and made a concentrate. I'm not sure how durable it is as it's frame looks a bit like flimsy plastic.

Best cold-brewer I ever had in 30 years of cold-br

This works like a charm. the glass is borosilicate so it is tough and can take boiling water too. The filter is excellent and easy to clean with a quick rinse. it is truly dishwasher-proof. And it makes great iced tea too, brew overnight in the fridge -- especially handy for bulk tea as opposed to bags -- no mess.

Easy to use, dishwasher safe, fits well in the fridge and makes delicious cold brew coffee with no bitterness! I got it on sale for half price at Canadian Tire! ($19.99 plus taxes) Highly recommend! Little tip: make sure you pour the water in slowly so you don’t cause the coffee grounds to overflow the brew filter.
