This is an amazing range. I bought one after doing a lot of research for my primary residence. Having owned multiple high-end ranges for other properties, I was interested in a range without an electronic control board, which can go bad. After first getting the range, some of the rings and caps on the burners were not seated properly after shipping, so a few of them clicked while the other burners were working. After an email to tech support, the Kucht Tech support team called me and walked me through (on FACETIME), each burner and each ring and cap until all of the burners were working perfectly with no clicking. I was SUPER IMPRESSED with their responsiveness and with their willingness to make sure I was completely happy with making sure everything was working great.
