The remote control was not packaged with the fan. I had to return the package. Not a fault of The Home Depot but a manufacturing quality control issue.

The fan didn't come with a remote, as advertised. Other than that, it is a great value and works well.

I ordered an online only item and it is taking forever to get it. My thinking was ship to store and get it quicker, not even. It has been seven days since I ordered it. I do not understand why it would take so long.

We now have 4 of this model of fan. They are extremely quiet; perfect for a bedroom. As a former electrician I’ve installed many ceiling fans and these have a number of thought out features that make them easy to install. Captured screws in the fan blade irons, for example.

Easy Flush Mount Ceiling Fan

This was an easy upgrade from our previous and the 52" size was needed for the room. It's always a good idea to make sure your buying the right size fan for the space. Installation was simple and straightforward and the quality initially is there.

The fan is very quiet on the medium setting. I love the simple look, would have preferred clear glass over the white glass shades for the bulbs, but they are still nice. Overall, this was a great, affordable replacement for the existing one.

Simple and clean

This fan is one of the better fans I’ve ever installed and used. The screws for installing the fan blades came pre installed in the holes and didn’t fall out which helped with install. The wiring comes extra long so you have plenty to make sure it fits the application. The lights are much brighter than I expected but are LED which is nice. One thing I’m not a big fan of is the light shrouds are plastic but they look nice at least. Also the fan came with hardware to balance it but I didn’t have to touch it, it spins with no wobble at all. The blades also come in black and gray(reversible) to match your taste.

A nice fan with bright light

Was in need of a fan due to my oldest was playing ball in that room, hit it just right to lose the string to turn the fan on. Its so nice to feel the breeze of the blades again. It was an easy install, directions were clear. The light bulbs come inside the packaging and are very bright! Fan breeze is nice. The pull down string seem string and are very long, a plus for a 5'5 gal. I did hear the hubs remark the fact the bulb covers are a plastic instead of glass like our last fan, and the screws the holder the blades dont seem very durable.

Nice modern fan w/reversible blades…

This is a really nice fan. I usually pick these 4 down light fans because of the light that they produce. I change the bulbs for brighter LED and I feel like it helps a lot in bedrooms. The 52in is a great size because the amount of air it moves but also mostly the way it looks on the ceiling in the bedroom. You can easily add a down rod to the kit if you have a very high ceiling or vaulted ceiling.

Installation was straightforward, requiring only household hand tools. My fan didn't require the balancing weights, which was nice. LEDs came with the fan lighting kit and are very bright - nice touch! Overall, I'd recommend this fan to anyone looking for updates to their room lighting or airflow. Will probably be getting more of these for the other bedrooms as house projects progress.
