Quality Fixture - Beautiful Upgrade
This is a great light fixture. I doubt it would freeze, unless it is screwed on too tightly. As a precaution, I spread a light coating of dielectric grease ( non-flammable) on the tread. It is perfect in the kitchen - definite upgrade from the fluorescent cloud. It's much better than an LED fixture with integrated lighting. The bulbs can be replaced - NOT the whole fixture. Another great feature is that it allows for installation of smart bulbs - a great convenience.

It's a nice looking fixture but, the metal that holds it up to the ceiling is way too thin. We had the guy add a couple of new holes and some anchors.

Very Happy with this item.
Installing the light fixture was fairly easy for one person, except for the two screws..should be a little longer so as going thru the insulation and finding the electric box was rough going. Otherwise great and no ballast to worry about.

Avoid this product
The problem is replacing light bulbs. The globe becomes badly stuck. You really can't imagine how bad this is until you mess with them. I have two and managed to get one changed after four hours work. For the other I had to break the globe. The difference between the two was how they were mounted.
Beautiful Fixture
I purchased three of these white fixtures for my kitchen and laundry room. They are everything that I hoped they would be. A private lighting store in my area had the same fixture for considerably more money.

This light worked out perfectly for where we wanted. It was worth the money and easy to install. We just love it and would recomend it to anyone interested. I wouldn't hesitate to order from your website again. We were very pleased.
