PARTS MISSING FROM ORDER

We speficfically paid more for the model with the glass doors that open but two very important parts of this fireplace were missing from the start. The two handles that actually allow for the glass door to be able to pull open. I have contacted the seller THREE TIMES already. The first time he replied asking me for my address. That was a delay tactic because my address and order number were clearly on the ORIGINAL fireplace order that he shipped but even though I sent him my address again he has still not sent the handles. This us unacceptable because this model was more expensive so you could open the glass doors but there is no way ro actually open the glass doors without the 2 handles. I expect Walmart to help me with this since they allow this Seller on their store site. I bought through the WALMART name. I did not search or ask for this seller. HELP!!!!!
