Measure the opening in your toilet before buying.

I have an elongated American Standard toilet.The purewash is made for an oval toilet, not an elongated one. It fits short of the opening and looks strange. I will not buy another one for my other toilet. Concept is great.... product is flawed.

Small Size and low water pressure

So disappointed by Kohler customer service and quality of Purewash E580 bidet seat. It's unused and packed back in the box as new. I would like to return and receive a refund for but got denied. The seat does not meet the standards of size and water pressure. It's priced at $339 on your website. Despite being brand new, the product does not meet the quality standards I associate with Kohler. I have attempted to resolve this issue through your customer service channels but have not received a satisfactory response.

Love it so far

We have had this installed for 2 weeks. We love it. Easy to install. Easy to use. It works great. The only thing I'm not entirely happy with would be the dryer isn't real powerful.

Works, but not well.

Uncomfortable control arm location, control labels are upside down and cannot be read from seated position. Kohler has a long way to go to match Toto's bidet seat design.

The product does not fit on the Kohler round toilet, it is more of elongated seat cover vs the round.

Pricey Comfort

The bidet is nice and comfortable. I only gave it four stars because nothing is perfect. I hope it will last for many years, but it is plastic, and with plastic, I’m not hopeful that it will last a long time. I have to say, too, that it is too pricey for plastic. But, that said, it is a very comfortable seat and the bidet part is great.

Overated and do not recommend

I have may Kohler products in my home and when I was deciding on a bidet seat, I assumed a Kohler model would be one of the best. Sadly, I am really disappointed with my purchase.

New install - Easy

Easy to install, directions were clear and unambiguous. Operating directions also were easy to follow. Unit worked first time on install and continues to work well. Key item to be aware, you need an electrical outlet close to any bidet seat for ease of use. We had an outlet installed to accommodate this unit.

I like it!

You sit a little more forward than you wouldn’t ordinarily. The bidet water takes up a little of your flush water, but that’s OK. Take some getting used to which I am.

Annoying to install even by professionals, doesn’t clean half as well as much cheaper and easier to install bidets like the tushy, starts dripping water any time you sit down, front bidet causes issues for women like BV.
