Bed frame for college room

Purchased bed frame for college room. Picture on site looked exactly as item purchased. Easy to assemble. Quality good. Perfect to put storage containers underneath.

Bed is awesome - packaging... eh

Hubs and I have been sleeping on the bed a couple months now. It's a nice sturdy frame. It groans a little on one side when someone is close to the edge but has been silent otherwise. Both adults, both kids, 2 dogs all piled on for a movie and it never moved or squeaked. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the packaging it arrived in was horrid. The box looked like it walked to our house and used a roll of packing tape to get here. The slat system had disconnections from the damaged packaging. However, that has not impaired the bed assembly. Frame was perfect, no dents or dings so that's some pretty solid work.

Love. Super quick shipping. Easy to put together. I had a friend help and we got it done with no problem. I have a mattress that fits perfectly. Sleeps well. Feels solid. I love that I can store things underneath.

Great frame

Perfect frame for our foam mattress. Easy installation. Frame came very quickly. Looks great. Very reasonably priced. Black in color. We are putting art above the bed and the look will be great. No need to spend a bunch of money on a traditional bedroom suite.

I love my platform frame. It was very easy to put together one I got the hang of it. The directions tell you to read before you get started. I read them three (3) times. It's higher than I thought; but it did say I would be able to put stuff under my bed, and it works. I would recommend this frame if you are looking for a higher bed.

Frame easy to put together

My bed frame is very well.madr and simple to put together. It's just the right height. I love the height it allows me to store things underneath and the height makes the bed easy to get into, don't feel like you are are sleeping on the floor. I would buy this frame again. I give it 5 stars.

Very strong bed frame !!!

I received my bed frame and I can’t be more then happy . You can put boxes or other things underneath the bed frame . It literally took me 10 minutes to put it together from taking it out of the box to putting the mattress on . It comes with a nice heavy duty rubber hammer , that I will use for other things . If you want to put things under your bed wether it’s from boxes or a bunch of people rolling around this bed frame is for you . Also the frame is very tough to , i had about 30 women on that ***** and it didn’t move one bit !

Superior quality

I’ve had this frame two years now and it’s holding up well. Slatted platforms can be problematic but not this one. Slats hold firm in place. It was super easy to assemble and the height is great...provides good storage underneath. Would definitely buy again.

Looked rough at arrival but easy assembly, sturdy

The box arrived in poor condition (one side was torn and you can see the contents) but we gave it a shot and put the frame together in less than an hour. Instructions were easy to follow and required no tools aside from the included rubber hammer and some scissors to cut the zip ties. We've had it for a couple of days now and it's very sturdy and does not make noise so far. Pretty happy with this purchase!

Great Looking, Sturdy, &super Easy to put together

I don’t think there is a better looking, sturdy, platform bed out there that is so easy to put together and well designed. All you need is a mallet, that they provide. I put it together by myself in about 10-15 mins. This is our second one we bought, both king size.

This was the easiest bed frame I ever put together. It was labeled very clearly and the parts were all in the box with the instructions. It sets up about 18" off the floor, and was purchased to accommodate storage in containers. A 16 - 18" dust ruffle drop works perfectly with the frame. I would highly recommend if you want a higher bed frame. We bought for a king bed and its very sturdy for two people, plus dogs when they chose to hop on.

I am possibly the least blessed person there is with handyman skills and I was able to put this frame together in less than 30 minutes. The frame is minimalist and well made. I have a box spring and the mattress (of course) and now the bed at around 60" off the ground, which is pretty tall but I can of enjoy it. Time will tell. Great base.

All the other reviews were right! I put this baby together myself in like 15 minutes and it could not have been any easier. The 18" height is awesome - I can slide my XXL suitcase and big tupperware storage tubs underneath, no problem. It feels very sturdy and solid. Highly recommend this for a cheap, useful, easy-to-assemble basic bedframe.

bed is very sturdy and tall! which is what I was looking for (my husband is super tall) I kind of have to hop into it . easy to put together I did it by myself, no tools needed. better quality then what I expected for the price. would purchase again...... 8 month update . bed is still sturdy however center leg broke somehow, still functions just fine and has support in the middle.

I received it about a week ago, had to have friends carry it inside (it is VERY heavy but I am not complaining about that! Just saying I had to have help), and paid $30 to have it put together. I am a senior, living alone so I couldn't do it myself. It seems very sturdy; very substantial. My only complaint is that it has slats,not a solid piece of board on top. The slats allow the mattress to sag slightly in between the slats and that is not good. I had tried and tried to find a foundation/box spring/platform of some sort that was solid on top but was unsuccessful (except one but it had bad reviews so I passed on it). I have to buy a board to put on top so the mattress will stay level. The plus is that I can store containers under the bed. I recommend this platform

I love this bed frame. Easy to assemble. No tools of your own needed. The only tool needed is a pair of scissors to open the box and the rubber hammer provided. All the pieces snap into place with the help of the hammer. I also love the hight of the frame. I now can store unsightly items under my bed. I didn't even use the instructions. The package is still sealed. I will open the package in order to register my Zius bed frame. Sorry I didn't take any pictures. The frame is the perfect size for my small bedroom. Helps with the comfort of a good nights sleep along with my new mattress. Thank you Zius.

This is a great metal framed bed. Description is exactly as stated on website It is sturdy and high which I wanted specifically for space saving purposes. It is very easy to put together. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars as it comes in one box and is very heavy. I'm a pretty strong person and I was unable to even drag the box in from my porch. However, it was packed well and I was able to carry the parts individually upstairs where set-up was easy.

I had to put some rubber pads on the bottom of the legs, as the plastic was slipping on the hardwood floor and creating some groaning sounds as well a letting the bed "walk" a bit on my floor. I just cut bits of rubber drawer liner to fit under each leg and problem solved! I love the fact that I can fit a bunch of storage totes under the bed, however the bed now sits much higher than most. With that said, I wouldn't go with a mattress much more than 12" on this thing. A 16" mattress would make this a monster to get in and out of. Overall, a solid purchase and a great value.

I have been very pleased with the platform bed. We have had it for over 6 months now with no issues. I like the height and we can store some items underneath. It is slightly higher than an average bed. One thing I noticed was that the support leg in the center was bent one day when I was cleaning. I assume this happened from sliding the bed away from the wall when we were renovating our room. I pushed it back to center and haven’t noticed any issues or sagging, but you might just want to be careful lifting and not dragging the platform across the floor to move.
