Overall is great deal for rhe price, but I can actually feel where the bars support the mattress. Easy fix, but kinda wish a thin board, even thin sheet of plastic board was included to disperse the pressure points. It dis day no box spring needed.

The product was good enough, but the description said full/queen. We had a full mattress so the frame was too large. Since it was for my son’s college apartment, we were stuck and had to use it anyway

Total loss for me. Mattress always slips into the bed frame huge gaps. lot of gap in between for mattress to slip from all 4 ends. please see pics. it took 1 hour to assemble the product and cant deassemble and return it back. Total flop product. I need full refund please. please see pics. mattress slips in the huge gaps of bed frame. i had to put card boards in between huge gaps of bed frame to avoid slipping of mattress into it. Kids are not liking it.

I got my tool bag out ready for Walmarts crappy tools and ill be they actually gave me a nice little Allen key ratchet lol super easy to assemble and sits up higher than I thought , I mean my kid had a ball playing hide n seek lol ..

this is the Fourth time I have purchased this frame and its really nice and the miniature tool is so helpful.

There was an arbitration agreement inside the box that said I need to mail a card to the manufacturer or I would be agreeing to arbitration. I'm not expecting the bed to injure me, but I don't like being surprised by legal agreements that require me to either do extra paperwork or give up legal rights when I open a box. You kind of expect this kind of thing with software and many services, but I think it's the first time I've noticed it with a physical product that I've bought.

Easy clean simple design that does the trick for my queen in my new studio in the city. Enough clearance for under bed storage as well.

Bedframe went together easily and the included tool was very useful. It feels solid and doesn't squeak (even with my 85-95 lb dogs jumping around on it). So far, it's exactly what we we were hoping for.

The instructions could have been in more detail when it came to putting cross bars together. As far as the frame itself is great now that it is put together

Best frame ever!! Purchased for my kid so he could have storage under his bed and be high up and this frame doesnt disappoint. Its also really lightweight and easy to disassemble if one needs to move. I think all in all I spent an hour putting it up and taking it down when needed.

It’s high enough for my grandsons football equipment to be under the bed ! He loves it ! Plus he has 3 plastic large totes with his baseball equipment under there as well! Very sturdy!

Im so happy with this bed frame....super sturdy and lightweight. Im a big guy so I need a structurally sound bed. I was even able to easliy lift the frame by myself once it was assembled. And it came with a little mini ratchet for all.of the Allen bolts.

I put the bed together today and noticed 2 incorrect pieces were sent. Not sure who to reach out to. Please let me know if I should contact zinus. Please let me know how to get the correct pieces.

Easy to assemble, came with a decent hex screw wrench. Over all the quality of the bed frame looks pretty durable. Only time will tell. Good buy, I believe.

My friend bought this bed frame and I helped her build it. A few weeks later I came back and the slats were already coming out and bent and the sticky mattress holder was not sticky anymore. Costs too much for that quality.

Great bed frame. Came quick and was the perfect height for underneath storage. Clear instructions and is very sturdy. Highly recommend.

Went together easily and intuitively. Materials don't seem strong or heavy enough, but when fully assembled the frame was sturdy. One star off for testing-see me in a year.

Perfect frame for what I needed. For the sake of space I wanted a tall frame so that our beanbag chairs could slide underneath the bed and this was exactly the right height. Just prepare to hop to get up there if you have a thick mattress lol

Very nice design overall when you finish assembling it. It is high enough to be able to reach and clean the underside. When completely assembled, it seems sturdy enough. I placed a board on top of it before I put on the mattress for additional support for the mattress. Will recommend to a friend who is mechanically inclined, because it needs assembly.
