These are giant size globes. I have a medium sized kitchen, and these overwhelm the entire kitchen. I do not recommend them for the size of the globe. In hindsight, crackled glass might have been a better decorative choice. I also now have to special order decorative light bulbs so that it looks decent; using the regular bulbs is very ugly. Also hard to twist off the globe to replace the lightbulb; need two people. I will leave these up because I like the simplicity, but in hindsight would have opted for something no bigger than 8 inches. Although you can hang them lower, to make them look okay, I had to use no more than an 8 inch drop. My ceilings are about 8 foot ceilings in my kitchen.
Love love love these huge accent spheres! I purchased three for my kitchen. I get compliments in them every time! The down rod is great because you can hang them at different heights. Perfect for my kitchen renovation!

Sleek statement pendants
Bought two of these for over my island in our new construction house. I love that the Aged Brass is a nice soft brass color—not the brassy look that was popular in the 80s. They are large but the clear shade keeps them from being too in your face. Looks great with an Edison bulb.
