Missing 4” connector, Kingston brass very difficult to contact. They take days to respond. You can only talk to someone via email, again days to respond. According to Kingston brass the long 4” connectors don’t come with kit, despite the instructions mention the use of long connector. Of course no information anywhere on how to order said part and of course I’m still waiting on kb. It shouldn’t be this complicated. Kingstonbrass customer support terrible.

This faucet is well made and works great in our new build. It has a fantastic vintage reproduction style. Very happy with this shower head and how it works.

I had been searching for this Kingston Brass shower system for many months. We are building a home & this is the classic look we want to complement the similar Kingston Brass tub filler with hand spray. This is a gorgeous

This is an absolute disaster of a product and company. Have a look at this photo. We were sent two of these, both with the same issue with the mixing valve - completely non-parallel with the wall. The company asserts that all the showers are made this way :) which, as you can see from other photos, isn’t the case. Another agent said it was defective and that their whole batch would be this way, refusing to find us one that was in good condition knowing we already drilled into our wall. They advised me to contact customer service — I did and failed to receive a response. This company, never mind product, gets zero stars. Cheap, everything comes with a prop 65 warning too. Buy from a more reputable company. We hugely regret this purchase. Wayfair was fantastic, however, and I’d purchase from them again.

Illegal in Connecticut! Not up to code. Still a beautiful piece.

We bought this after watching a HGTV remodel show of a shower . It’s a beautiful shower system . We were unable to use it in our shower we needed to purchase extra plumbing parts to accomadate it in our shower. The set was expensive and the additional parts needed would have put us over our remodel budget. Unfortunately we had to return it. Wish we could have made it work . Lovely vintage set up . Well made and very heavy nice hardware .

It is absolutely stunning to look at & v. Good quality! Works v.well too. I am giving it four stars as I noticed the knob through which you get the hot water has lost its brassy shine & looks dull. The right side for cold water retains the shine. Other than this issue, everything is spot on!!

Lovely product. Quite substantial. Appears very well made. We are remodeling and have not yet installed the shower system, so are not able to comment on how well it functions.

Exactly as advertised/pictured. Good quality for a decent price. Love that is has all the matching pieces (bathtub and sink). Arrived quickly.

So beautiful and adds just the look I was going for.

Very nice system but not easy to install. We are working my build around being able to install it properly but it is a challenge. I will be using large format tiles to help support the weight
