You cannot use both the rain head and hand spray at same time!

The fixture and quality are just fine. But the single most desired feature was to be able to use both the rain head and the hand spray at the same time. In researching the product on the Home Depot site, in the Q&A section someone asked if both could function at the same time, with the answer from a Home Depot source saying clearly that you could use both at the same time. This is not true and we didn't learn this until after installation in a new shower. Very disappointed in purchase and Home Depot.

This product did not come with the diversion valve and the temperature control portion of the paakage was Chrome and not Brished Nickel. Wayfair did their part and refunded me the value of this part, and I was able to get it from the local plumbing store.

Expensive but worth it

Works great. Looks great. Holds your selected temperature. Separate lever to switch from off to rain shower or wand and adjusts flow rate. Wand has 3 settings.

Shower wand doesn't rotate to move shower head.

Shower wand doesn't rotate to move shower head. Couldn't find any info on the internet about this and if you can't move the shower head at the end of the hose what good is it? The clasp to move handle up and down worked on the left side of the part 97651820, but the right side, where you should be able to rotate the shower head up and down doesn't move.
