Great size for our application

i have been using this American Metalcraft 18731 11" x 16" Pizza Screen for a long time at my pizza restaurant and it does not dissappoint, it meets all the standards for its use !!

We wanted a nice durable screen to cook homemade pizzas on at home. This has been perfect as we do pizza night at least twice a week.

This is a great product. It's very sturdy and won't bend when held by the corner, which we often do with tongs or pan greats. Great for baking in a conveyor oven.

these pizza screens are nice and sturdy. They can hold a heavy dough if that's what you like. I prefer a thin dough and the screens help make it nice and crispy because of the mesh.

I ordered the American Metalcraft eleven inch expanded aluminum pizza screen and would definitely order it again. Solid feel, with very little give, and exactly what I was looking for. I will order additional sizes soon and do recommend for any kitchen. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially pizza lovers.

Perfect way to keep pizzas from cooking, and then burning on the bottom crust. This helps prevent that. They are perfect size for our personal pizzas
