I just got this new crockpot I’ve only used it once but I really liked it and I bought a red one it heats up quick and let’s the cooking start

Thought it was crockpot brand

I had a crockpot like it thought I was ordering another. Just not as high quality. But it worked ok.

No a good deal

I used this slow cooker once and I didn’t work. The lid doesn’t seal enough to cook the food. I ended up finishing in the oven. Also one of the latches was defective and wouldn’t latch. Very disappointed.

Has this already been used?

The first one I ordered had a dent in it so I returned it. I got the replacement today. It looks like it has been used. I plugged it in and it does turn on. It is a pain to return so I will probably keep it. But I feel like I paid new money for a used product.

Just the right size for 2 people. Love my crockpots.

this is a gift for a friend

I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I have only used it twice. It takes up a little more room than an oval or round one. Given for what it is loosing in height it is making up for it in the length.

Ordered the red one pictured twice... both times received stainless steel one. Worse customer service ever... returned item. Never used it... very frustrating

Hinge was broken when received. because of Quarentine could not return. Would like refund or replacement.

Disappointed!

Small and cheaply made! I was definitely looking for something bigger and im disappointed. And the lid is bound to break!

Shut Off??

It’s ok, but it doesn’t shut itself off. I’ve never had a crock pot that didn’t do that! I going to return it.

Don’t buy. It’s not a good company.

I was very excited to get this, but when it came, there were several small chips in the crock. I returned this item.

Very disappointed

I have used it only once and was very disappointed in it. I made a beef stew using left over chuck roast, so it was only the veggies that needed to cook. I cooked it on high and after 3 hours, the veggies were still raw. I ended up using my instant pot to get it cooked so that we could eat the stew for dinner. I will only be using this at parties or get togethers to keep what food that is already cooked to keep it warm. I would not recommend this one as a slow cooker. Another con is there is no time to select. Low is only for a certain amount of time and high is the same too. You could not put dinner in this one and leave all day. Low only works for about 4 1/2 hours. I'm not real sure if the time is correct, but it is not all day long... like 8 or more hours. And it doesn't automatically keep the food warm once the time is done. I would not trust this to cook raw meat either.

Crockpot

I have to say that I really love this crockpot. I love that it’s rectangular instead of round. A great feature is the locking lid. It’s great if you cook something ahead of time & have to travel with it. I definitely recommend this product!

Love how this looks

I got this a few weeks ago and couldn’t wait to use it that next night...I absolutely loved this and it’s the perfect size for cooking and for storing so it didn’t take up a lot of room and it was super easy to wash when we were done

Wonderful product

I got this a few weeks ago and have used it at least 10 times. The size and shape made it perfect for doing casseroles and dump cakes. I was able to make a yummy dish, lock the kid and feel safe that it wasn't going to spill as I drove to church for our potluck. It is very easy to use.
