Doesn't work.

Received in a timely fashion (2 stars) to be installed when I was having an electrician onsite for other tasks. Got it installed and it didn't work. Will be returning for a replacement and will probably need to pay again to have installed.

Unfortunately not. I just around to hiring someone to install again for the second time & come to find out the thermostat is defective‼?? I just had surgery & i don't have time to box it up & return it. I'm very disappointed ?

Installed yesterday and it ran for most of the day as it was very hot outside. A lot quieter than the old fan that we replaced. Fairly easy to install.

The fan was ready for installation, well packaged, and came 2 days earlier than promised. It has a fan blade protector for safety. It is quieter than the previous fan. I would buy it again without hesitation.

Pay a little more and get this fan. It's worth it.

This fan seems to be very well made. It is not whisper quiet like advertised, but pulls the hot air out fast.

Thermostat not working

Fan is a great fan I installed it in our green house. It is ran off a solar system. The only thing I was not crazy about is it is a shaded pole motor and. Draws 3.6 amps. Is I had it to do over I would of made sure to get a capacitor motor as they less current. Now I will have to upgrade our battery bank. To get more run time on it. It is quite as well.

The house had a cheap plastic attic exhaust fan when I bought the place. I had replaced the motor 3 times in 5 years and it was always just out of warranty, so I purchased this one from Home Depot. First off it was quiet, had a screen guard to keep anything from entering it from the attic and was made of metal. Been running for a month and so far so good.

New Fan working like Charm.

Had an old piece of OSB laying around so I created a shroud and installed the fan which is a vast improvement from the 1970's model we replaced. Trust me if i can do this anyone can.

[Rewarded Review] Works great & moves a lot of air!

We got this and we actually mounted it in our garage until it's cool enough to get up in the attic space to mount. Super easy to wire up! And it gets alot of air movement. We mounted it by a window so that it would push hot air outside and we saw an immediate difference in our garage. Can't wait to get it up in the attic so that it will get that hot air pushed thru the soffits instead of coming thru into the house. Well built product that looks like it will last for years & years!

Our old attic fan stopped working two years ago. Our electric bills had been being terrible. We decided to install this Maxx Air attic ventilator. So far it's working great. It's so quiet compared to our old one. It's doing a really good job and our electric bill this month was actually lower than last month so that's great. My husband had no trouble at all hard wiring it in. Very simple. It's not near as big and heavy as our old fan but It's doing a great job. Wish we had installed this sooner!

The Maxx Air Premium 1300 CFM gable mount power attic ventilator was super easy to install--step by step instructions that are dummy proof. I've noticed a good amount of air circulation in my attic and it's a noticeable amount cooler than usual. I'm confident it's going to also do a great job in the winter. Highly recommended!

I received the Maxx Air Premium 1,300 CFM Gable Mount Power Attic Ventilator in Red. When I took it out of the box I could see it was well made. At the same time my neighbors fan broke and he needed one. I gave it to him. We installed the fan in the attic and within 20 minutes the attic was a lot cooler and noticeably less humid. The fan was easy to install too. Would definitely buy another one if I have the need for one

I picked up this fan a few weeks ago to cool down my attic. I was hoping by cooling down my attic I'd get it cooler downstairs. I'm very happy with my purchase, it has made summer a lot more tolerable. This fan works perfectly and was easy to install. The instructions were easy to understand and follow.

Got thius fan to dry out a basement after flooding. The fan is easy for me to carry and change arrange to get the airflow in the proper direction and then change it up. The tilting angle made it easy to get it in just the right place. Compact, lightweight and easy to use. Highly recommended for those jobs that need a higher grade than a regular house fan.

We live in a older farmhouse and we sleep in the attic bedrooms. We have extra unfinished attic space that’s always dreadfully hot. This fan is a great addition to help keep our home ventilated and cool! It was a little difficult to find a space to direct wire it, I wish it came with a plug in option. Other than that it was easy to mount and easy enough to install. Works well and does exactly what I thought it would.

We are happy to have this vent. Keeping our attic cool has been a challenge when it’s sweltering. It’s a separate attic, with drop down stair access, and very uncomfortable in the summer. This fan has reduced the heat, and also helps with attic air quality. It’s now easier to retrieve items, and change out stored seasonal items. It works well, and is quiet when running, so it’s a winner for us. And personally, I think the red is fun.
