Make sure Lowe's gives you all of the boxes!

The product is fine. Lowe's only gave me one of the two boxes, and I live 40 miles away. Instead of relaxing in my hammock I was just sitting on the ground by the metal stand. Sad.

Relaxing

Whole family loves it. Be aware yhe hammock & base arrived several days apart (at least for us). Some cons though: It is not at all fade resistant. Have had it about 2 weeks & the black stripes are now faded to brown. Also the chain links on the hammock are difficult to get over the hook on the stand. Pros: pillow has buttons to keep it secure. Does what we bought it for. Gets used & enjoyed almost daily.

Hammock stand only.

Was advertised as a complete set. Stand with hammock and hardware. We received only the stand. Instructions specifically stated hammock stand only. Hammock & hanging hardware are not included with this stand.

Safety issues.

Poorly made! None of the buttons activate when poles are place over. They just drop and never spring back. Really no way to manipulate them to be secured in holes. When you try sit on it, the fear it will come apart takes over. Kids can’t use it due to it lacking a proper secured connection.

Make sure you have everything in the box

I ordered this hammock for my husband as a Father's Day gift. And when he went to put it together some of the vital pieces were missing. I'm very dissatisfied with this purchase.

Great Purchase! EZ to Assemble. Measure your area.

No complaints. Nice colors. Comfy. EASY to assemble/dis-assemble. Transported it from Lowes with seats down in our Rav4. Can even be considered portable - beach, park. Because it is made for two it takes up a good bit of space so measure the area prior to purchasing, both length-wise and width-wise as well as consider that the hammock will rock from side-to-side when entering and exiting.

Very nice; plan to stay a spell

I am enjoying this so far but I think because this lays relatively flat (due to the spreader bar), it's weirdly hard to get out of. But then, I didn't really want to get out of it anyway, it's so pleasant. Very easy assembly, took about 10 minutes, and the hammock itself seems very sturdy and damp-resistant, as advertised.

Overall very nice

A good value. The frame is very easy to assemble without the need for tools. The hammock is comfortable. The only reason that I gave it 4, not 5, stars is the hang of the hammock. It doesn’t hang level and tends to tilt to one side. It also hangs very low to the ground once you are in it regardless of how you place the chains, and I’m not a big person. My concern is that it may stretch over time and become uncomfortable.

This is pure bliss

I bought this hammock approximately three years ago, and it's like new. It's so sturdy and comfortable that I can sprawl in it for hours.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Dangerous

We actually loved the hammock at first. After only a couple of uses the ropes came undone. We got that resolved but the actual stand is very poorly designed. The stand completely flipped over with very little movement to "adjust in it". I landed with the bar from stand and hammock underneath me. Spent the day in the ambulance and ER!! Please watch your little ones as well. Very grateful it wasn't one of my children.

Very nice Hammock, very easy to build, took me less than 15 mins to put together. The shipping was fast and the material is durable and good looking. We fall in love with the hammock, my kids are enjoying it every second so as myself. Worth your money.

Just okay. Nice hammock, flimsy frame

It’s good overall. Was hoping the frame would have been a little sturdier but it does the job. It has flipped over in the wind (when it was not even that windy). I always find the metal bars to be moving more than they should. I’m about 125 lbs.

Don’t do it

I received this hammock today and have noticed where stuffing is coming out and a lot of loose seams. Some of the fabric around the grommets is already tearing. Weight limit says 350#, so you wouldn’t expect that. Disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

Can't use yet...

I would love to write a good review, however I have not been able to use my hammock yet. My husband purchased this for my birthday and when I went to set it up we realized they did not include the hanging chains and s-hooks. So today the chains arrived and guess what...still can't use because they chains are not long enough. Really disappointed that I will not be able to use for my birthday.

Not as pictured

Chase gave us a full refund after seeing how saggy our hammock was compared to the picture. We ordered from them because it looked so taut, but the one we got was so close to the ground, my 190 lb husband was sitting on the frame and had to get on the ground to get out of it. They did offer to send us another hammock mid July, but we never heard more, so Chase finalized the refund. Also their customer service takes an entire week to answer an email. No excuse for that. The stand is sturdy and easy to assembly. The color and fabric are nice. It's just made too low to the ground without a way to adjust it. We had it on the tightest setting on both ends. Super disappointed. It's just sitting in the box in our garage.

Trust me spend the extra money and buy the sunbrella black&white then get a stand elsewhere. Looks and feels cheap. I wanted to love this but it just feels like CHINA....junk when I touch it. Verry dissapointed in the quality the pillow is a joke no fluff at all so flat! Also im upset at myself for not sticking with my gut and ordering the one I should have in the first place. They should not be selling this crap not to mention the chemicals that are used to make it.
