I love this runner. My husband and I needed something to go in his man cave by our sliding patio door. Looks great will recommend Mend this runner. We end up buying two of them.

I order this to match a rug I bought a year ago. Both are gorgeous but sadly the colors are not the same. Lesson learned. If going to use the same rug in adjacent rooms but then at the same time.

Quality

I bought two of this runner style rug several years ago and the deep almost burgundy red color has held up well to foot traffic, vacuuming and dogs. It has a thick pile and feels good under foot. I don't use a pad under it and have not had a problem with it creeping. It was a good value at Overstock.

Beautiful vibrant rug

Really nice thick rug from Safavieh. The wool is tightly woven so you know it's quality made. There's lots of positives about this rug - good thick quality, vibrant color, contemporary design, great square shape. I love the red color it's definitely a bold statement. There's one thing I want to highlight though, the wool does "shed" so if you have a pet, and they scratch the rug, it will shed. Nothing a vacuum can't fix but thought I would highlight it.

This is a very nice rug for the price and the colors are bright and true to what is depicted on the website. I would note, though, that it does shed quite a bit, even after we've owned it for months. Its small and easy to vacuum, so it hasn't been a big deal -- but might not be ideal if you have pets, for instance.

Update: I took some pictures of how the rug looks, I hope it lets me add them...The coffe table and the gold pillows are from Oberstock, I love everything!! Thanks Overstock!!! I received this rug yesterday and the quality, colors and size make my new living room pop up! I bought a mid century table also for my new mid century sofa with an abstract huge painting that has the colors of the rug, I just need the end table that matches the coffe table to have it complete, the velvet gold pillows i bought here at overstock! They are gorgeous, soft and the color makes the sofa look better, the painting also has some splashes of gold...

Good rug for people without cats

Sigh, I loved the idea of this rug, but 12 minutes into unrolling it, the dumb cat had already shredded a part just by scratching at it and it looked a thousand years old and worn. Definitely recommend for anyone without cats. The pile feels good under your feet and the colors are deep and lovely together. Also the rug is heavy and didn't need a rug grip underneath it between the rug and my wood floors.

i bought the 8’ runner to use under my master bath vanity. the lighter red is a tiny bit rust which makes the darker red look a tiny bit purple or maroon - it’s very striking. i love it!

Gorgeous color

Very stylish rug. The colors are very vibrant and a beautiful red. I was very pleased when it arrived, I would highly recommend this rug to anyone.
