CRAP

Looks nice but does NOT "fit snugly" on the handle. The one I received feels like a size 12 boot on a size 8 foot. Useless. Don't waste your $$

Too hot to handle

I've had my cast iron skillet for years. This handle really helps to lift it while it is still hot. Great idea.

Great handle for cast iron

Very thick and high quality silicone handle, don't buy the ones off online retailers, spend the extra few bucks and get this one, it's worth it!

Works perfectly

This handle is great to prevent burns! We use it while cooking on the stovetop. It doesn't slip off while you're holding the pan.

Will withstand 500'f

Will keep my hand from burning. It was a little oversize for my cast-iron pan so I made a shim with a piece teflon which I can easily remove with a little force.

Does what it’s supposed to do

Bought this to put on hot handles of new Rock pans. Fits well. Easy grip.

Lodge cast iron pan hot handle grip

Saw this “Lodge” hot handle grip and bought it for our Lodge pan but it’s too large to grip & hold. We have another brand of pan that requires protection and it holds well on that handle and unexpectedly fits the need for that.

Makes lifting easier

Great for our skillet. Husband loves to cook (thankGod) since I don't. And he loves the added grip.

Just what I was looking for...Solid, easy to clean and perfect to protect your hands with the silicone grip completely surrounding the handle.

Grip is too big for pan handle fits loosely & can slip off easily- an obvious safety hazard.

Great product to prevent accidental burns

I have the 9 and 11 inch lodge pans, which this handle cover is meant for. I used to keep an oven mitt near the handle to remind me not to touch it. ( I just seems natural to grab the pan handle) with this cover, you can touch it to stabilise or move it a bit. It still gets hot right at the pan end if cooking on higher heat.

Save your hands from burns!

The color of the handle holder (red) is a great reminder of how hot the skillet is. too many times I've almost grabbed the handle while cooking before I found the holder at At Home. Haven't seen it anywhere else.

Poor fit

Recently purchased lodge fry pans from CTC then on my next trip found the handle cover. It will not fit, too loose and feels like pan is going to rotate in my grip? I might use high temperature silicon glue to mount it permanent!

As advertised. Love it. Own two.
