Leaked non stop

No matter the amount of instructional video and suggestions, I could not get the bottle from emptying out onto the floor. Leaked constantly. Tried different caps that came with it and different bottles. What a waste. I ended up on hands and knees with a magic eraser and Spray9. I used the system trying to get it to work so return is not an issue I'm sure

Broke on third use

I liked this a lot—lightweight but effective, great for a quick cleanup in the kitchen. But the telescoping handle broke at the center joint the third time I used it, with normal not-very-hard scrubbing pressure. The purple plastic part just snapped clean through. It would be better with a one-piece broom handle. Looking for something else.

You need to be a body builder to use this mop.

I bought this mop for the restoration pad, yo apply to my vinyl floors. There was so much friction between the pad and the floor, I barely had the strength to use it and the mop head kept turning sideways. By the time I finished only half of my kitchen, I was sweating so heavily I had to take a break. The results were impressive but I used a different refinishing product -- not Renuzit. I'm going to half to find an easier way to apply it though -- I'm 64 years old so this mop is not for me.

Used it to clean, dust and spread the rejuvinate floor cleaner and finish. It was reasonably priced and it did a great job in applying the finish. I did two floors on two separate days. I washed out the pads after the first use with soap and water and they were like new for doing the second floor. I cleaned them after the second floor(naturally) put them back in the box after they dried and stored it away for another pass in a year or two. I was impressed with this, the cleaner and the finish. The floor looks like put down a labor intensive high dollar urethane finish. Each floor took about 15-20 minutes to apply the finish.

I liked the substantial size of the mopping surface, the easy maneuverability of the mop, and the fact that it came with 3 specialized washable pads. It worked great on my new LVP floor. A downside is that the pole comes in 3 sections and seems quite flimsy during use, as if it might easily break at one of the connections if too much pressure were applied. The box touts the pole as “extra durable”. I guess time will tell.

Rejuvenate products that I have tried are terrific. Then there is this mop. I am using it on new hickory hardwood with a texture. In order to apply the shine product it takes some effort to apply. There is enough “drag” to put some pressure on it. The head then pops off occasionally. In this new space of ours I was about halfway done and the head broke off. Need a $5 upgrade version that doesn’t break.

The packaging/box was very informative. The handle was easy to assemble and the pads are easy to remove to clean. The base is flexible which makes it easy to fit into the corners. It is lightweight and easy to handle. It is very helpful to have the various pads to use on the floor in different colors because it makes it easier to identify each. The directions for use are easy to understand.

The reason I was excited about this mop and cleaning set was for the restoring attachment head. I have hardwood floors that are not looking the best due to two big dogs running around on them and wanted to try that out. Assembling the mop is really easy and only takes a few minutes. I used the dusting attachment and was impressed at how much dust and hair it picked up. I bought a bottle of the floor restorer product that the same company makes. I moped and let the floors dry prior to applying the restoration product. There was a lot of friction between the wood and the head and the head kept getting stuck. The product didn't repair or fill in any surface scratches for me as the bottle claimed. It did give the floor a nice warm shine and really made my dull floors look bright again. Some of my complaints were that the mop seemed to come apart very easily as I used it and had to keep twisting it back together. The joint where the mop stick meets the head also didn't move as freely as I would have liked. As a mop or duster this product worked ok but there might be better options out there. If you are going to use the restoration liquid, I guess you have to weigh the cost versus having it professionally done.

This is similar to other floor cleaning products, but do offer some higher quality pads than most others. The lack of instructions in this product is a little bit of an issue. We had some trouble figuring out how to securely put together the handle, but ultimately figured it out. We were also confused as to how to attach the pads. It came with a white piece of material on the “mop pad” so we thought that must adhere to the other pad options, but it didn’t. There was nothing that said to remove that pad before use, but we removed it and found there were little plastic “teeth”. We assumed these would grip your pad. It does, but you really have to press it hard into the pad to get it to “bite” and hold. The pads are thick and feel high quality. Disappointed that the set didn’t include at least a sample of their floor cleaner. Another confusing feature is the star shaped openings on top of the mop head. There are a total of four. This is where many competitors products you would push in the pads to hold in place. I see no way to use these with this product. The mop head swivels freely in any direction which is helpful when cleaning. However, all the swiveling parts are plastic so not sure how they will hold up. Some basic directions would go a long way to making this an easier to use product.

I’ve been using Rejuvenate luxury vinyl floor cleaner for several months now with another brand’s microfiber mop. I never thought it would make such a huge difference in the outcome. The first thing I noticed is that this mop comes with three different cloths. One cloth is to clean the floor, one cloth is to dust the floor, and the last one is to restore. I first cleaned my floors like I normally do and then I decided to use the cleaning cloth. I love how easily that you can attach the cloth and remove them. My other brand mop attaches the cloth with Velcro and you really had to get your hands dirty when removing it and I disliked that. I am constantly cleaning my floor or try to because I have a new puppy that leaves little messes occasionally and the last thing I want to do is have to touch all over the cloth that I just used to clean up said messes. Well after cleaning with the new cloth you can see in the picture that it still picked up quite a lot of residue. It also picked up some dust and trapped it in the cloth which I appreciated. After cleaning the floor, I then used the rejuvenate floor cleaner plus the restoring pad to add shine. You’ll see in the picture how it turned out. I admit that I had low expectations when using this and didn’t think it be much of a difference from one microfiber mop to another however you’ll see that I was pleasantly surprised. If you use the rejuvenate floor products I recommend you also use their microfiber mop for the best results!

This is a really nice set of mops. Rejuvenate is a brand we trust. We already use their wooden floor cleaner so it was a no-brainer when we saw this whole set of mops. The assembly instructions are very easy to follow and the three microfiber pads should last a very long time and seem to do a super job. The blue and gray pads are for cleaning and the white one is for dusting and they are machine washable! As I said before, they do a great job. The only complaint I heard from my wife, and the reason for four stars for quality, is that the pads are difficult to keep on the mop head. You really have to press them on to the mop head to keep them on. Maybe it will get better after we get used to it. The only other thing is that we could not find instructions on what each pad is for and how to best use it. The handle is a good length and they pads get under everything. Another plus is that there is a ton of different Rejuvenate products to use so getting the right one for the job should be no problem. We like it and would like to thank Home Depot for carrying the line of Rejuvenate products. They are top-notch.

Rejuvenate has a long and well deserved reputation for their wood floor restore products and so we were not surprised that this mop and interchangeble heads was well made & so very useful in caring for our floors. We had used Rejuvenate wood floor products in a previous home and had even sanded and applied a Rejuvenate finish with great success. Now we live in south Florida and, like most of the homes down here, all of our floors are tile. We had gone thru boxes of the paper like wet and dry pads for the big name mop and wanted something we could re-use - something we could wash and not have to throw away after one use. We have 2 mini Schnauzers whose long leg fur drags in dust, dirt, mulch, weeds and grass clippings and we were spending a small fortune on the throw away wet and dry mop papers. This very light weight mop with a 50 inch handle comes with 3 re-usable, washable cloth heads - one for dusting, one for wet mopping and a fine, smooth microfiber cloth for applying wax, restorative finishes and such. Actually, all 3 cloths are microfiber with different textures suitable for their fundtion. They attach with a clever "pins" system - see photo. The mop head is bigger than the big name brand you are probably currently using but is still not too big to fit around furniture and store in your cleaning closet. All three cloths are washable and re-usable up to hundreds of times. Microfiber cloths are wonderful at cleaning. This is a really nice, well thought out set. We think it will save us a lot of money in the long run and the microfiber cloths clean so much better than the paper we had been using.

Over the years, the wide array of products for upkeep of hard surface flooring literally fills an entire closet ... brooms, mops, scrubbers, applicators, etc. Most serve a single purpose, some are flimsy, etc; however, the Rejuvenate mircofiber mop (Photo #1) set will allow some closet space to be freed up! It has a sturdy handle with a large head and 3 pads (white, dusting; blue, wet cleaning; gray, applying finish); note that the gray pad is mislabeled as cleaning and it is a different color than other Rejuvenate applicators which are blue. The pads are larger than those from competing products (Photo #2) meaning time savings and all a machine washable. Photo #3 shows how much grit & grime the dusting pad picked up from 200 square feet of flooring that had been cleaned 3 days earlier - I'm impressed!

This is a great product. Very easy to attach the microfiber elements, the microfiber elements stay firmly attached, very maneuverable, thin enough to get under low clearance items, great shape for getting into corners. The handle attaches to the base with a swivel that makes it very easy to rotate the handle so that the base quickly changes its orientation on the floor to facilitate easily getting into corners and around items. The microfiber does an excellent job of picking up debris. The microfiber elements attach easily by just pressing them onto the base where lots of small attachment barbs (not a hazard to hands) push into the back of the fiber elements to hold them firmly and reliably in place. The trapezoidal shape gives the corners a rounded point that makes it easy to get into corners. Very responsive turning of the base as manipulate the handle.

I'm still recommending this product even though it didn't really "wow" me. I've included a couple of photos and if you really look at the one, you'll find that this is a bit on the "clunky" side. The pads are big yet the swivel portion towards the bottom of the product seems a bit flimsy. I was underwhelmed. I usually love the Rejuvenate products but for me this was mediocre. I realize the thought process is to eleviate the needs for throw-away wet-wipes and since this item doesn't even include a small bottle of the cleaner (No worries, I already had a large container that I had previously purchased) for someone to try this out. I dunno, if this is something that you'd really like, the large mop heads, the fact you can throw them in the washer and the added time to put the cleaner on the floor then mop it up....than this would be right down your alley, not so much for me. I use Rejuvenate products all the time and know that they really work to clean,shine and polish a variety of surfaces around the home and this microfiber mop with assorted pads is perfect for all types of floor cleaning. You get the base mop with grippers that lock the cleaning pads into place(and you can also use wet wipes and push into the top holes)that remove easily for washing or changing. It comes with 3 pads-blue microfiber for cleaning,grey microfiber for restoring and white for dusting. The pads are a generous 17” wide and are large enough to sweep easily while being able to fit under most furniture etc. The pole is approx.50” tall and can be hung in a closet or easily disassembled for ultimate compact storage. Each pad really picks up or cleans the dust doggies,dirt and grime with minimal effort and easy cleaning. I love the dust pad for getting under the ‘lost dust zones’ like under the bed,tables and large pieces of furniture. All the pads can be used over and over again and clean with soap and water and let air dry. The blue cleaning pad is awesome for daily floor mops in the kitchen and bath and it’s good to keep a bottle of Rejuvenate floor cleaner handy for ‘quickly cleany’ tasks.
