Original problem is no longer. Company made right. I have been steaming like crazy. Longer cord would be good.

Do not buy

Purchased this unit. First S time to use wheels blew off and steam poured out of wheel holes. Manufacturer will not replace my machine. Still under warranty

All the attachments are great and allow for a lot of versatility. The product is easy to use, and I like being able to adjust the amount of steam that is emitted. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend!

Unit failed

We used the machine for two projects around the house. During the third project (tile floors) the unit stopped working. I reviewed all the manufacturer's videos and data on-line in an effort to solve the situation. I applied for tech help via their help-line and website. No one from the help-line or the website customer service portal responded to my entries. In desperation I contacted Home Depot for help. They were able to contact the manufacturer while I was on the phone. In the end Home Depot was the hero, as they were able to obtain a full refund from the mfr. Thank you to Home Depot for coming to the rescue.

Absolute Piece of junk!!

Most bang for your buck

Powerful, lots of steam, seem durable. It was plenty of working time for me. Tried Karcher sc3 but it produced some plasticy smell that didn't go away on the second try, hose was a little too hot and steam was less powerful and less hot than Brio 220cc even though both measured same steam temp at the tip. Primo by Vapamore steam cleaner seem very well built but more expensive and seem less powerful, 3.5 bar (similar to 3bar of Karcher's sc3) vs 4.5 bar in Brio220cc.

Great! But!

The quality of the product is excellent, but the Microfiber Floor Pad supplied with the unit, very bad quality. I had to buy one from a competitive brand.

Dependable Steam Cleaner

It has been a fun learning curve for me to use a home steamer, which deep cleans and disinfects with steam and not the use of chemicals or a lot of scrubbing. The Brio 220CC claims to be “small yet mighty” and that motto rings true. My list of pros for this steamer are: 1) It comes packaged securely with 17 accessories – some of which are duplicated. There are floor attachments, window/mirror attachments, as well as various small and large brushes, and a focused nozzle. I cannot imagine a task requiring any additional piece of equipment. 2) It is convenient to fill with a large water reservoir, yet lightweight enough to move around easily. I could pull it with wheels or carry it from room to room. 3) It produces a large amount of steam, which cleans very efficiently. It’s easy to adjust the amount of steam you desire by simply turning the steam volume knob 4) the large capacity allows the steamer to function for about an hour and can easily be refilled after a short pressure release period 4) I am discovering many useful applications for cleaning with steam; my favorites are: the bathroom fixtures, my floorboards and doors where dust collects, the shine from steaming followed by a quick wipe on windows and mirrors, and cleaning tile floors and grout. I’m looking forward to summer weather to clean our grill, garbage buckets, and tire rims. This little machine is amazing.

Stand-out Steam Cleaner!

I have been a long-time user of steam cleaning machines. The Brio 220CC is my 3rd and had definite advantages. First is the large capacity water reservoir allowing for a good period of cleaning before requiring a cool down period for refill. The Brio 220CC is very easy to use and has more attachments for versatility of use than any other steam cleaner I've owned. The window cleaner attachment is a game changer, and will be used a LOT once the weather warms up! I mainly love using this on my shower grout. I have stubborn rust stains from our hard water that quickly color the grout, and the Brio 220CC does a great job cleaning those stains away! And I love that there is an attachment to even clean under the toilet rim. That is awesome! Great, great product!

Perfect Steamer

Love the compact size & ease of use. The steamer comes with so many tools to take on any job. I’ve used it on tile grout, tile floor cleaning. I’ve just touched the surface on the uses. Love this brand in general. High quality & great customer service.

Long but honest review

My box arrived with the numerous attachments loose in the box and window cleaning attachment was broken. The instruction manual had many random letters missing in the words. I was able to figure out all the words so it wasn't much of an issue. The manual was good at describing how to attach all the attachments, start/stop and clean/maintenance. However, it did not describe how to actually use the machine in the various applications. It was lightweight with a long cord and produced amazing steam which loosened the dirt on the kitchen floor easily. However, it did not lift the dirty liquid off the floor with the thin floor pad. I mopped with a clean absorbent pad over the area cleaned by Brio 220C and it picked up the dirty water left behind by the Brio. My floors were amazingly clean though. I want to try a towel attached to floor brush to see if I get better results. In the bathroom I used the jet nozzle and small nylon brushes to clean grout in tile and it did a great job. But again, I had to 'finish' the floor by mopping with a clean absorbent pad. It performed adequately to clean shower walls and tub but I did use cleaner and elbow grease to get it spotless. I only cleaned one small window because my attachment arrived broken. It did an excellent job of cleaning the window but you need to put something absorbent at the bottom to catch the squeegy liquid. I am so disappointed I won't be able to use on all my windows because it was only securely attached on one side. I did have to stop twice because it overheated and no longer produced steam which is annoying when you are limited on time. It did have some minor water leaking between extension tubes. I REALLY wanted to love this because I already use an upright steam cleaner which has its limitations. It is not the all-in-one ultimate cleaner I was hoping for but I am glad to add it to what I am already using because my floors and one window have never been cleaner. I would recommend it but know that it is not perfect.

Compact and Efficient

I just got this Brio 220cc Canister Steam Cleaner and was very happy with how easy it was to assemble. I used it on my kitchen floor and was very impressed with how clean the floor was after. I can't wait to try it on my bathrooms, my carpets, and in warmer weather on my car. I love that there are no chemicals necessary in order to get things clean.

Saves water

Living in California we are always asked to conserve water. My bill was going up every time my housekeeper cleaned our house because she had to spend so much time cleaning and then rinsing everything. This not only gets everything cleaner but it saves on water usage. It cleans your stove grates, tile floors, shower, windows and it is fun to use.
