Husband will drink your filtered water

My husband is very particular about his drinking water. He really likes your filtered water. We re very happy to have good water right at home.

Everything is great, except maybe add an option for the wrench

I have no issues With the filters themselves, they are relatively easy to replace. However, this was my first time replacing them, and it took me forever to remember where I put the wrench. so you might want to consider offering the same filter pack with the option of including the wrench as an easy way for people to reacquire it who have forgotten where they placed theirs. Either that or make sure that on your website when people purchase the filter pack that you have a little pop-up that says, do you have the wrench? If not, we can add it to your order. One additional reason to do this is because folks might forget that they actually need the wrench. I have very strong hands, but the plastic filter tanks are really well secured in the place after six months of use probably due to water and air pressure so I don’t think you can easily, replace the filters without that wrench. When you’re only using a tool once every six months, you might be more inclined to misplace or lose that tool. Even though I have found mine and made sure, I put it in a secure location for next time, I just think this is a good idea, but in terms of the product itself five out of five stars.

Broke my system

Broke my system. Customer service took months to troubleshoot only to promise a replacement and never send it. Awful

Cost of replacement of filters

Cost of replacement of filters by plummers is more than the filters itself. It should have been designed such that the customer should replace filters by themselves.

I love this system, great taste and I trust it, cause I have verified it. I have recommended it to friends and family.

So far so good.

These filters really do a good job. We use filtered water to do all our cooking and coffee and tea making. I can see a difference between regular tap water and filtered water when I heat it up for my tea. Also go to drinking water, no more bottled water for me, I fill a gallon jug when I go somewhere.

good quality product

good quality product I mainly wanted to end buying bottled water, and this was my solution. Upfront cost were a couple hundred dollars and install was pretty easy for the average handyman. The first year we replaced stages 1,2,3,6 and that was about 50 bucks .
