Needed em quick and got em quick. Filter holds up very well. We don’t have as many dogs as we’ve had in the past but when we did the filter worked as billed.

Don’t Trust the Actual Dimensions

The Generalaire 20x25x5 was specified on the website with an actual thickness of 4-3/4”. In reality, the thickness was 4-15/16” which didn’t fit my filter compartment. FB wouldn’t send me an alternate filter until I returned the out-of-spec filter. So I bought another smaller size because I need the filter. I'll package up the bad one and return it, hopefully for a refund, but it’s been nothing but a waste of time thus far. Buyer beware: the quality control is suspect IMO.

Wrong Size Filter

These have been excellent in the past, but this order of three Merv 13s were determined by my new HVAC technician to be too high a rating and thus having too much resistance for our new unit, so I had sent you a message about this, requesting to send me a return authorization for the and send Merv 8s instead..

I intended to order 20x20x5

I intended to order 20x20x5 merv 13. Customer service was very helpful in returning wrong size of 20x25x5 merv 13 and reordering right size but ended up with merv 8 instead of merv 13. At least I have right size but not right type. I’d score 5 stars on general customer service but 1 star for wrong type. So that balances to 3 stars. Thanks!

Replacement filter

I ordered an 20x25x5 but did not realize they had 4 different kind, when the new filter did not fit, I called Filterbuy, replaced it with the correct one for free. I will always use Filterbuy.

Second Time Ordered

This is the 2nd time I have ordered this particular Filter. Both the Quality of the Filter and the Price are better than what my HVAC Company could previously provide. Generalaire 20x25x5 MERV 13 Replacement

The filter fits and works wel. I wish the plastic wrap packaging around the filter was a bit more substantial, I ordered multiple filters and they will be stored for some time before they all get used.

These filters are a perfect fit for my Trane air handler, had some from other suppliers that were loose fitting or not quite 5 inches these are perfect. They were a bit cheaper when I first started getting them but everything has gone up.

Furnace filter fits perfectly and is a fraction of the cost of similar product at the box stores...IF you can even find one! Always received within literally one day or two at the most. Always packaged professionally to avoid damage. Only problem I had was the last filter came damaged from warehouse (NOT damaged during shipping...actually packaged in damaged condition). I called Supplyhouse.com right away and they immediately sent me a new one and apologized profusely. Received replacement in 2 days. Excellent customer service.

Great filter, fits perfectly, and matches my original filter

I bought a set of filters from another supplier site but it turned out the actual measurements were wrong. Using this filter, I was able to replace the original filter (it had the same part number on it and matched exactly in all respects). Furnace operates as normal, and installation was easy.

Wrong order

ordered a 20x25x5 merv 13 filter...it did not fit, apparently from your customer service person Lee I need to order a Honeywell. he reordered for me the Honeywell but received the same Generalair filter. Called back and spoke to Savana and she reordered the "Honeywell"...received the correct filter the third time but it was a Merv 8...at this point and a week plus later I just keep, it even though I paided for a Merv 13

I would buy this product again

I bought 4 at a time and they were a little crushed in the box. My guess is that this occurred in shipping. I could re-form the filter and it still fit perfectly. Seems the airflow and filtration will still be effective. Good price for this filter.

Correct Product, Super Fast Shipping.

Ordered the filters in the morning, arrived the next day UPS Ground in perfect condition . From NJ to Central PA. I ordered 6 of them since they come packed in a box of 6 to make it them easier for them to ship. Each filter is in it's own plastic bag. The price was AMAZING, really to good to be true, but they are the real deal, exactly as pictured. I purchased 3 of these from somewhere else 2 years ago for the same cost as 6 of these today. Could not be more happy about this. I'll be back in 3 years after I use these up.

Very good, surprising quality.

A Merv 11 filter this size, for the price, was unbeatable. This was the first time I bought this brand and was unsure of what the quality of the filter would actually be. I have bought some for around this price from other vendors that turned out to be pretty flimsy. These are not, and truthfully, I was surprised they are as good as they are. Supply House packed them very well which is important because it kept them from getting crushed when shipped (It sounds counter intuitive, but sometimes large lightweight boxes take a beating in the hands of some carriers.). Happy with the product, Happy with using Supply House, which got the filters to me in 2 days via UPS since I live in NJ as well.

Replaced furnace an contractor specified this unit. I love the reasonably priced media. SupplyHouse filled the order astonishingly fast. Media may fit other units as well.

Merv 11 Filter test evaluation will start January 2022.

We have used the MERV 10 General-Aire for the last 3 years and ordered the MERV 11 version as a replacement filter. My wife and I were were pleased with the performance of the MERV 10 filter. Well constructed and efficient filtering media. ,

never again

Initially I posted a good review, based upon the price, the speed with which I received it and my AC company's approval of the overall quality of construction. But when I tried to install it, it was too large for my Carrier system and would not fit into the slot. It was a half-inch higher than any of the other 3 companies' versions of the same filter that I had previously purchased. When I contacted Customer Service, they agreed to refund my payment, less a re-stocking fee, but I also had to pay to send it back, and purchase a suitable box to contain it because the original one was damaged upon arrival. The product was faulty in design. I want to warn any other potential purchasers of this faulty product.

I buy these because they're a good product and supplyhouse has them the least expensive I've seen anywhere. The shipping was basically overnight for ground pricing, which I don't really understand how they did that. Anyway, the price is so good I'm switching to quarterly filter swaps instead of biannual.

Right product, right price

We had a new furnace installed in 2017. These are the filters that it calls for. I originally got 3 local to me, but checked Supply House and found a much better deal. Now I've ordered more and they're even cheaper. Eight filters in three boxes. I haven't opened them yet but I'm not worried. Other products purchased same story. All good. Awesome CS as well!
