Great Kohler doors!

Love frosted bathtub doors! Looks great! Clean, simple lines and lightly frosted doors.

This was my second purchase of an oversized item from Wayfair and it didn’t disappoint! I am impressed with the packaging and shipping of their products, as I was crossing my fingers that all that glass would arrive undamaged. It was all in perfect condition and ready for my contractor to install! It looks great and functions well. I am very happy with the quality of this product!

Pretty nice, but not perfect.

The hardware is very nice. The glass has a defect, like a bubble/warp and the little plastic strips that are to be adhered to the wall to keep water in are a little flimsy.

Modern, solid and beautiful shower doors.

Kohler makes quality items and it is always worth paying little more for something nice. Doors are solid, heavy and it has a good modern look. We used this in a curb -ess shower and it worked great.

Quality Kohler product

Very happy with Kohler products and this shower door is also very well made. I like the clean lines and minimal framing of vertical sides. I opted in on optional seal kit. The bumpers on the frame leave a 1/4” vertical gap between door and wall on each side and the seal kit makes gap minimal. One other note, I used a plumb bob instead of a level on both sides to create dead vertical to align both sides of frame. I just wanted to make sure the headrail was aligned with lower track.

We just installed this shower door. The Kohler logo on the handle was printed upside down so the door looks like it is upside down when it is not. We assumed Kohler would have inspected the product before it was boxed and shipped. This one must have slipped through the quality control process. We are hopeful that Kohler will reach out with a solution.

Good for the price

Price and frosted glass were what sold this product. We looked at custom/semi-custom options that started at 200% above the price of this product, with frosted glass sometimes an additional cost. The Revel is good for the price, with just two concerns. 1) The wall jambs are flimsy and are applied with an insubstantial double-sided tape; contractor had to reinstall several times before getting them vertical. The jambs either aren't sized to fully extend from sill to headrail (or our contractors cut them too short - not out of the question given their clumsiness). 2) The glass is not low-iron so has a noticeable green tint.

Kohler shower door

Kohler door is very nice. Looks good, has good movement. Would like it to feel a little sturdier, as it is only fixed on the upper casters, there is a lot of movement on the lower door. Other than that, very happy with the door overall.

Poor design, water splashes out

Let me start by saying that the most important function of a shower door is to keep water inside the shower. Everything else is aesthetics. This door does not keep the water inside so at the most basic level, this is a dismal design failure. In Kohler's defense, they did respond quickly to my compliant and sent some flimsy plastic guard pieces to attach to the bottom and the sides. That seems to have solved 90% of the problem. Their designers couldn't even figure out that a standard shower is ~60 inches wide so the guard pieces should be 30 inches long. Well, these plastic guard pieces are 24 inches wide so you have to cut a small piece to go along the full length of half a door in addition to a full 24 inch piece. Their designers couldn't even design the fix correctly. Wow! I'll probably yank this product out one of these days and put real shower doors.

This door set was easily put together as per the instructions. I was able to make the few adjustments easily. The doors slide easily and are easy to adjust. Very pleased with my do it yourself project.

Leaky Shower Door

I should have followed the advice of some of the people here and stayed away from this product. It looks cool but it leaks along the bottom of the doors. It seems like water bounces off the bottom rail and splashes outside. I have a wood vanity on the other side of the door and I have to wipe the water off of it every time I take a shower. Very poor design. Do NOT buy this product unless you like a mini flood outside the shower and in that case knock yourself out.

doors hit tile

This is a very poorly made piece for the kohler brand. The pieces that adhere to the sides of the door do not span across the two doors so 1 door will hit tile when sliding. Unless i am missing 2 pieces this is not a good product

These doors can literally explode.

Easy to install. Looks nice. However, one of the glass panels literally exploded while I was carrying it. If you look on the internet you will see it does happen without any installer error. It has happened with no one in the room. Good news is it sounds very rare but not sure I would use one of these with young children. Like said not just Kohler but this type of tempered glass.

Love this shower door!

I’m so happy I went with this shower door! I went back and forth between the standard or taller one and am glad we went with the taller one. My husband can get in an out without having to duck much l, which is so nice. The door is beautiful and I’m so happy with the finished product.

Shower door works well.

Installation was done perfectly and timely. The doors operate smoothly and so far no leaking at all. Great job. Installing. Bottom channel is low profile making entry and exit easy.

I absolutely love my new shower doors, they are beautiful. It has opened our bathroom right up and it looks a lot larger. Easy to install as well. Thanks Wayfair!!!

Not the quality you expect from Kohler

These sliding doors are very nice to look at and have a sleek design. The installation wasn't terrible, and they work well for the most part. My concern is with the quality of some of the smaller pieces of the door that started showing one month after purchase, and now are more apparent after five months of use.

Product looks great! We were lucky that the hardware was packaged with a shrink type wrap and that nothing was damage, because there was literally just flat cardboard left when it arrived, but everything was ok and install was easy! Looks great! Loved the value.

The Kohler Revel Tub door is beautiful. The installation instructions were very good and it was an easy install. I haven’t used the shower yet because it is located in a spare bedroom. I have only one reservation. I am not sure how water tight the doors will be where they close at the tube enclosure. There seems to be a lot of room between the end of the shower door and the tube wall. I will keep my fingers crossed.
