Perfect Finishing Touch!

LOVE this rug! The 8x10 was the perfect size under our queen bed. The overall tone of the rug is a sort of slate blue/off white (the off white is slightly grayish, more cool-toned than cream, if that helps). It’s perfect in our space! If you’re planning on adding the pad, check the measurements of the rug and pad carefully. The default choice of the pad was bigger on both sides, so I skipped that and then added the pad separately. I was able to choose a size that would only need to be trimmed on one side (you want the pad at least 1-1/2” smaller on all sides so the rug lays flat), but I saved money by going with a smaller pad, and only had to trim a few inches off one edge. The pad and rug shipped separately. The rug was rolled around a very sturdy tube, and although the edge wrapped around the tube curled a bit, it flattened after a couple of days. We’re very happy with this purchase!

DO NOT BUY and DO NOT BUY FROM RUGS DIRECT!! Does NOT look anything like the photo! I first purchased the runner (instead of the sample so I could have a larger piece to get a better idea from) and it is a beautiful lighter blue / beige rug - absolutely gorgeous! So I felt confident purchasing the 9x13 but the 9x13 LOOKS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! Different design and TOTALLY DIFFERENT SHADE! It is way more NAVY and almost FROSTY WHITE looking! Very cool tones - not "sky and natural" like the runner was. I had to look to see if they sent me the wrong rug mislabeled! I'm so bummed - I absolutely hate it, but since you have to pay to return it and it's so big and hard to return I'm just keeping it and dealing with it. Also had a VERY BAD delivery experience! Since they send via Fed Ex you have to take the day off work and have a 4 hour delivery window. First order arrived damaged from the fork lift. Had to wait quite a while for the return to come through before they could reorder it. The reorder finally came through and had to take ANOTHER day off work for delivery only to have it arrive lightly damaged. It wasn't as bad so I just accepted it, but even the FedEx guy said we are a freight company, this comes on a large truck and they only wrap it in ONE VERY THIN layer of plastic. So it was dirty and the edge was kind of frayed but I didn't want to wait a few more weeks. I've ordered rugs this large from Home Depot and Target and they arrived quicker, without damage and I didn't have to take work off for the delivery. I WILL NOT be buying a rug from Rugs Direct ever again! And it's a shame cause I just bought a 6,000 sq ft home with all hard flooring so I have a LOT more rugs I need to purchase. I feel completely burned on this one. Lesson learned!

Nice for the price

This rug is a good quality for the price. I have had this rug in my living room for several months and I am happy with the wear. It is pretty and the quality is good. The only problem is that the wrapping material pressed down some of the areas and it has not rebounded.

I love the colors and

I love the colors and the pattern. It is low profile, not as plush as the photo seems to portray. However, I’m disappointed that it doesn’t lay flat. It has been in place for over a week and it hasn’t relaxed. I thought the wrinkles and the ripples would work themselves out. I’ll keep it because it isn’t a high traffic area but I don’t think I’ll buy from Rugs Direct again.

Better Than I Thought it Would Be!

LOVE my new rug! I ordered the largest one available after purchasing new furniture and rearranging my room. Soft and luxurious with cushiony pad underneath. Looks awesome!

Beautiful Rug

The rug is beautiful. The colors are what I was expecting. I only gave it 4 stars because the rug is not yet laying completely flat after having been rolled up. Hoping with a little more time it settles and lays down nicely.

Love the rug, but deep wrinkles

I love the color variations in the rug, unfortunately it does have large wrinkles in it even after being laid out for a month with heavy furniture on it. Manufacturer is recommending reverse rolling. It’s a big rug so haven’t had a chance to try that yet, will take several people to help.

Very pleased

The online pics of this rug represents the colors very well! It’s on the thinner side so will need a pad underneath if you want it to be cushier…and it has some wrinkles/kinks from being rolled up but I’m hoping those flatten over time. Overall, I’m really happy with this rug! I think it’s beautiful.

Beautiful Rug, More White Than Cream

This is a gorgeous rug that is incredibly soft and great quality for the price! Fast delivery and perfect condition. Be aware that colors on your monitor may vary - this is more of a “cool” blue/gray/white than the warm cream shown in the photo.

Color not as pictured.

just received the rug. To me, in the pictures it reads more creams, tans, blues. In reality it reads more gray/sliver.

Great colors but does not want to lay flat.

Nice subtle colors. Cream with grays and grayish-blue. Getting the buckles out of this rug is more of a challenge than any rug I've ever bought. All rugs have ripples at first because they are tightly wrapped around a cardboard tube, but after several days of having it laid out, this rug still does not want to lay flat. Great colors but it seems to retain ripples. If it doesn't get better, I'll need to return it.

I would pass on this

The quality is just not there on this rug. It arrived with one of the seams frayed. Customer service did offer to replace it but out of pure laziness I am keeping the rug. I ordered five Loloi rugs at once and this is by far my least favorite. It won’t lay flat even with rug grippers on the corners. The seams are crooked (though not as crooked as the Bianca which is a very similar rug to this). The colors are bland in person and the pile makes the rug look cheap. I have a small size in a bathroom that’s low traffic. If the rug were anywhere else it would have been returned.

Terrible Looking Runner

I purchased 5 rugs as my first order from Rugs Direct and 3 had major issues including the 2 Teagan runners. Both runners had dark splotches where it looked like there was a problem with the manufacturing, especially one where there is a hard crease line and it looks really off as colors run completely differently and in a diagonal track along the rug. The first thing my husband said when I unwrapped it was, that can't be right. Then I had two other people look at it, including my designer who said I could use it in the garage or something where no one would see it. But when I brought this to the attention of Rugs Direct with several photos, they said that's what it looks like in the photos... I'm shocked they would stand by such terrible quality. I had planned on buying at least another 3-5 rugs, but I will happily be going elsewhere. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for.

Nice but picture inaccurate

I will say that I like this rug. BUT the color in person does not match the pictures. The tan in the picture is actually white in person. I was trying to match this to another rug i have and the white stands out too much. The blue is also darker in person, more like an indigo color. It really doesn’t look like the pictures. I still like the rug, but i don’t know if i’m going to keep it since it doesn’t match my other rug at all.

Pretty but a lot of SILVER

This rug is VERY SILVER. Not a very neutral color. It is very blue and very silver in coloring. Just a heads up. It does not look as warm as the photos make it look…. Unfortunately will have to return. It’s not beige whatsoever. It’s a great quality, just not the colors it looks like online. I took a pic of it next to the more neutral/warm rug that I have.
