Beautiful and Sturdy

Hired two guys to put it together (not five like the instructions suggest). Took them about eight hours. Going to add lighting. Only issue we found was that the hook for a fan/light has nothing to screw into. Very solid and great quality. Now just waiting for nice weather.

Love it! Only took my husband, son and friend a few hours to put together. It comes in multiple boxes at different times.

NOT Cedar, POOR quality

Although the description states the product is a "cedar wood hardtop," the wood is poor quality and likely pine. The gazebo was purchased and assembled at the end of May 2024 and began growing mold on the interior of the ceiling within only three months of our purchase. I'm unsure if this is faulty advertising, poor quality, or both. It's too new to look this bad already. I would not recommend purchasing due to the mold growth. Before and now photos included.

Frustrated

This product was very hard to put together. You will need at least 3 people to put together. Also the instructions are just pictures no worded instructions as to put the roof together or how to square out the pergola. Also it is not cedar it's either pine or spruce. No sealant on the poles or boards so we painted them white. Many roof tiles are bowed and were very hard to secure. I had to use my nail gun to secure to the trusses. Also the base plates to hold down the structure was weak. I bought Simpson pole braces to use it also matched our porch poles. Several boards were warped or crooked. Also the pre made hold on the 1x2 for the roof did not match up, had to drill new holes and seal the pre made holes. Also used roofing tar to seal any opening between the asphalt boards and 1x2.

Poorly manufactured gazebo

This very expensive gazebo is getting 1 star. It is mis-aligned, screws are not fitting, and the parts do not fit flush for the screws to go in. We had a professional to complete the job and he has not been able to make any of the parts fit flush on the metal roofing or sides where support panels are located. There are gaps throughout the hardtop and water will definitely be pouring onto my furniture and of course all of this was discovered after the majority of the project was completed. This gazebo was entirely too much for what it cost and it will not allow for me to show all pictures. I need a replacement or a refund. I have circled pictures of everything that is defectivebut it will not let me upload.

My only issue with this product is that under the Q&A tab there was a question as to whether or not the gazebo came with mesh/curtains. It stated, it did however, there were no cutains. This particular gazebo you feel less heat under it.

This pergola is nice! We are enjoying it so much! The posts are sturdy and instructions were easy to read. We weren't too crazy about the asphalt roof but it came out great

Great quality for the price

Order this for are outdoor Christmas dinner and I got compliments on how nice it was and we even bought some lights to put around the gazebo and it gave a nice homey feel.

We absolutely love this. A freak storm came through and damaged one of the bars. I offered to pay for an extra piece but they had sent me two extras free. It was a very easy fix and is worth every penny.

Worst Gazebo purchase and no help from Overstock

This is the worst gazebo you could purchase! It looks nice in the pictures but the asphalt roof is horrible. We've only had our gazebo for a few months and after the first rain the roof is no good-it is curling up and all the rain is going through. Overstock will not help with replacement parts - they said to contact the manufacturer but they also can't help with any sales made at Overstock. Now we have spent a lot of money on a gazebo that is no good! We will not purchase again and especially not from Overstock. This deserves no stars but it wouldn't let me do that.

Took 4 of us and about 6 hours to put this up but it looks great and is very sturdy. Appreciate the inner and outer curtains for protection against weather. Very spacious and looks great!

Looks good is just a huge rip off because it's falsely advertised as 100% cedar wood but it 10000% Pine wood. Make sure to check all parts , our boxes got damaged in transit and had to use a lot of our own screws because of incorrect sizes given

I ordered the 13x15 Cedar hardtop (metal) gazebo. It came in 5 boxes. Shipping said I wouldn't get it until close to end of September. It came well before that! Aug 31 to be exact. My husband and I starting assembly one evening (worked on it for 3 hours). A lot of the gazebo can be done with just 2 people. Once you get to actually constructing it/ adding the roof, etc you will definitely need another hand or 2! We had a few hiccups along the way, including a screw breaking off, but my husband fixed it. We had all parts and they send extra screws which is great. The instructions suck- no words. I absolutely love the gazebo now that is is completed. Giving 4 starts because the zipper on the privacy curtain has already fallen off and it's only been a week! Also, I don't mind having to seal the cedar- just means it will last longer!

I left the top open-air save the center --- my daughter and I assembled this over a few days --- we needed assistance with only two things, so it's doable for 2-3 people - you will struggle with a few attachments, but, it works out --- MAKE SURE TO HAVE, at least, (2) SOCKET WRENCHES, and a DRILL for placing the WOOD SCREWS --- sturdy, nice looking --- no the columns/posts are not solid wood, but foam 6x6 core with a wood surround for the posts

Add Your Review I ordered a13x15 "cedar" metal roof gazebo. It arrived quickly. I paid for it to be put together from local handyman company.. Because the instructions called for 6 people to erect it. I was so excited to come home from work and surprise my husband with it... but I was very disappointed!! This gazebo was Not cedar, but pine. After reading through the instructions it needs painted every 2Months!! The whole reason I picked this gazebo was because cedar is very low maintenance. I wish I would have opened the boxes before i paid to have it erected. I definitely would have sent this back, but now i'm stuck with it. It is very disappointing.

Gazebo goodness

Nice Gazebo for the price. Good quality. Assembly took about a good 4 hours and you need atleast 2 people. Make sure to secure it to the ground to avoid lifting. Overall good buy.

I love my new backyard room! It is so nice to sit out there in the shade and enjoy the view of my pool! I am very happy! I definitely recommend this Gazebo as it is high quality and very nice looking, too!
