We recently completed a remodel of a guest bathroom in our home. As part of the remodel we installed a shower with multiple spray options. We did not realize that we ordered the wrong part until our contractor removed it from the box. I immedialty contacted the customer service team at Build.com and they located the correct part and shipped it overnight. They also made the return of the origional part a breeze. We are in the planning stages of a kitchen remodel at our lake house. We will definitely use Build.com again.
