After 30 years of uneven hot cold, our old unit went bad. The new one is perfect.....turn on, dial to your setting and no more power surges of hot/cold.

I bought this to replace and old valve. Install was not hard. Removed cartridge, flushed, reinstalled. Unit had a continuous small leak. Had to purchase another replacment cartridge.

Was a standard replacement of an older version of this valve. Stopped the leaky shower head I had, and went in without any trouble. Shipped quickly also.

a necessary part to the Brantford shower I selected. unbelievable that you've got to buy the guts separate from the shower unit, however. same goes for faucets - you end up spending a fortune on the guts/stuff you cannot see (wish it all came together instead of separate)

My product arrived damaged but supply house send me another one with no problem...that qas great and they were great...
I bought this show body not more than six months ago it work well all of a sudden the handle is getting tighter & tighter to turn off Now the water keep running
