It was easy to assemble

I got BURNT by purchasing this grill!

First the delivery was late putting me in a tight spot, then the grill showed up with defects making it unusable or at least significantly.

Best grill I've ever owned.

Amazing quality grill. All kinds of features. Huge cooking area, looks sharp and got it for a great price.

I put No I would not recommend because of the experience of ordering this Grill to be delivered 8 days later and when the delivery truck pulled up they proceeded to take down a box that was largely printed on the box RANGE HOOD. When I said that is not the item ordered the delivery man checked and said I was correct and showed me the label placed on box was clearly marked with My Address that in large print said 6 Burner Grill. Contacted customer service now I have to wait 24hrs for them to investigate I was told. They have my money but I have no grill. No errors with them receiving payment but some how I have to wait for them to sort out THEIR problem. Never again will I purchase a costly item to be delivered from Lowes.

Need help

Need help looking to return this item I have it for 30 days. Igniter is broken and color is faded cooks uneven getting the runaround from Lowe’s and no help from Royal gourmet

Lowes Let me DOWN

The grill works great, however, I bought mine in July and it took me a little bit to assemble it due to having kids and sports here and there I assembled it in mid-August past the 30-day return mark. However, I was happy with the grill but it was missing the side burner grate. Contacted LOWES and they told me nothing they could do for me I would have to call the manufacturer and would need to get the part from them. I feel this is horrible customer service especially when you dropped at that time when I bought it for $500 on a new grill and it comes with a missing piece Lowes can't do anything about it. Ridiculous, I buy a lot of things from lowes but after this, I will be taking my business elsewhere, I know to them losing one customer is nothing but know that if you buy something from them you better not have life get in the way so you can build it quickly and if your missing parts you can return within that 30-day mark even if you offer to buy the part that your grill is missing they still can't help you.

Grill Hoses, Ignition Button

Great product and a looking Grill. The big challenge is before you put it together the company tucks up all of the gas hoses, ignition buttons, and connections to the gas tank are tucked up under the buttons.

People complain too much

This grill rules. It doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. There are a lot of pieces to put together but if you have any experience turning a wrench or screwdriver , it'll be a breeze. It took me a few hrs to get it fully together. Directions are precise and hardware is properly labeled If your pressed on time, then maybe have someone put it together for you. But I cant recommend the BBQ enough

Do not buy this BBQ

Burner was not working on the first day . Now, half the burners work when they want to. The electric igniter works, but burners do not ignite right away.

Piece of junk

First - Delivery was supposed to be up to days. I received it days after the delivery date. 2- The 6th burner was only half burning on our first use. Now all the burners stay at low while at high. And yes, I have a full tank of propane.

Good price and grill

Delivery time was better than projected. Box was undamaged, grill was as advertised. Assembly took a little longer than 70 minutes, but is not difficult. It would help to have a little more written instead of just pictures. Used 3x already and all seems to be in good condition. Good so far, hoping it lasts as long as my last grill - 12+ years.

This was incredibly difficult to put together. I would have paid for installation if it was an option. I assumed since there was no option that it would come assembled - or nearly assembled. It took 2 people more than 4 hours and was still not done.
