Hello, we have finally put together the Bar B Q we ordered, we found multiple damaged parts, the base of the cabinet had 2 large dents/crimps in it, but since it was inside the cabinet so we carried on assembling. We then found 3 large patches of paint to be scratched of on the blue painted area of the unit, they were around 3" by 1.5" in size, since the box was not broken we assume the manufacturer package the unit with this damaged area known to them. Very disappointed in the quality of manufactures quality control, The hood also had multiple fine scratches on it. We would return if we had not destroyed the box and packaging on uncrating. We most likely will not order from Wayfair again, after having issues with both items we ordered. Very disappointed as the selections are vast and we like many things on the website. Grill came with no written directions just pictures in how to assemble. So very difficult to assemble. Requires a lot of patience! But if done right is truly the very best grill ever! Heats from 0 to 500 in a matter of a few minutes! Great quality! Works phenomenal!

Assembled by tech, free from Wayfair he had issues with assembly. Weve used it several times grilling delicious steaks. Burners are great, searing burner fabulous, cooking burner heats up 12 cast-iron fry pan to make delicious home fries. Issues to think about, no place to hang utensils, no shelves inside double doors to store cooking stuff.

Get a different brand

I had high hopes for this almost $500 grill. My doubts started upon delivery and during assembly as there are some questionable quality parts on this grill. How convenient that the warranty is one year and the firebox rusted/burned out at 18 months with occasional use. I think Royal Gourmet owes me a refund or replacement grill as I save up to purchase a new grill.

Horrible experience with Angi the installer company wayfair is contacting out to. 2 no shows and then 3rd guy came and assembled but left prior to checking if it actually would ignite. Sent another person who figured out the issue was a quick fix. The bbq itself is nice looking and large to cook big meals but already spotted an edge rusting and literally keep it covered all the time when not being used.

The item is beautiful when installer went to install it all there was a dent in the front door where you can see it put it together looks great, but there’s a dent in the front of the barbecue, which is not acceptable, but I was not gonna send it back because the girl was there to put it together doesn’t affect the operational part of the barbecue. It’s the aesthetic does not look the installer took pictures of the dent and send it to Wayfair so be looking to hear from you. Thank you 

Junk!!!!! Do not Buy

It is absolute junk do not buy it. It has only lasted 2 and 1/2 years and is going to the scrapyard. The agent told me they do not have a 5 year warranty although it is clearly listed on their website. I hung up the phone she promptly calls me back to tell me she will be glad to "SELL" me the replacement parts needed (the same ones that should be covered under the 5 year warranty). I told her she could keep her junk parts and do not call me back again.

100% G A R B A G E ! Avoid !

Three ignitors failed, two of the wires to light the burners broke off while moving the grill. The warming rack falls out half the time when opening the lid. The never answer the phone OR respond to voice mail. Email response is slow. The only reason I purchased this grill was because of the US office address. However, it is basically a mail drop. Save yourself time and frustration, buy any other grill. Also, you will notice there are no responses from R.G. to reviews.

I love the grill. it was easy to assemble, but the ignitor is faulty. I was only able to use it once, then it rained the next day. Somehow moisture got inside the ignitor and not it will not work. Suggest a cover over the ignitor cap or the whole grill. I have only had the grill for 3 weeks.

After reading many reviews I was nervous about the condition the grill would arrive. Thankfully the grill came with minor damage. A bent part easily straightened by Angi handyman, Rob! Highly recommend!

This grill is perfect. It was flawlessly delivered, everything was packaged well and all parts were present and in beautiful condition. We used Wayfair Home Service for the grill assembly and our pro was wonderful! He communicated clearly, worked hard, finished early, yet made sure everything was working properly and that we were satisfied before he left. The grill is beautiful and works perfectly. Great experience with our order!

This grill is amazing. I am glad I did not let the negative reviews deter me from purchasing this product. Took about 3 hours to assemble and there were no issues. Heats up quickly. Very nice looking grill, too. Highly recommend this product.

Easy to assemble. Took me a few hours by myself. (Meticulous) very solid, well made unit. I bought this mainly for the searing burner. Was a must for me, for steaks, etc. Well laid out for the burners and the searing burner to all be under the same hood. The upper warming rack is nice for the edge to keep sausages and dogs from rolling off. Grates and all materials are of good quality. As a help, get a 10mm wrench to make the adjustments for the cabinet doors. It will get them all even for you. Have two different sizes of Philip head screwdrivers handy. Some of the screws are different sizes. The instructions are pretty decent. Some stuff will throw you off, but if you look ahead a step or two it makes sense. Make sure to check inside all the styrofoam packing. Different parts will be enclosed in them. Great color and look to this grill. Be sure to find a cover for it, 64” width will cover the length. Looking forward to firing it up and making great chow! Excellent price and good shipping. No damages to the grill. Recommended!!

I love the color and quality of this grill. It is only slightly higher than the grills at big box stores, but the color and design make it look beautiful. It took me a while to figure out what that ring on the long chain is (hint: a match holder). I don't recall the last time I struck a match!

I was nervous about condition of grill arriving based on reviews box was pretty torn up but as I removed all the pieces there were no dents just a few tiny surface scratches barely visible. I am a 60 yr. old women and had no problem putting it together it does take a couple hours. Some parts of instructions lacking like where to place wiring and propane tube as the top is set on and connecting the loose wire on extra burner but I just watched a youtube video. Works great can cook lots of meat and veggies at once still figuring out heat from my last grill but had a couple amazing meals and LOVE the blue. Great grill for the price!

The grill arrived with some dents, but it could still be put together so I didn’t sweat it. I got to the last step of putting it all together which was to attach a handle for the main lid. It was faulty and would not screw in on one side because a piece of metal was partly covering the hole the screw needed to go into. I contacted Royal Gourmet provided them with the part number listed in the manual that came with the grill, and asked for a new handle. The customer service line kept cutting me off, so I sent an email. They responded quickly and sent a new handle. It was the wrong handle, too long and no end caps. How does that happen when I provided a part #? I informed them that the handle was too long and had no end caps. So, they sent me another handle that was shorter, but still not the right one as there were no end caps. Then they said they would send me $25 and I could fix the original handle. That’s not possible as drilling out the part that blocks part of the hole would only damage the threads that are needed to screw the handle on. I told them that was not an option. Then they told me just to send the grill back to Wayfair because they don’t have a handle. The model is too new. That isn’t an option either because the grill has been used several times. So now it appears I am left with a new grill that you have to awkwardly lift with a handle attached only on one side. Why uncles a manual with a part # if you can’t provide the part?

Igniter gone after less than a year and 1 use

I used this grill once last summer and put it in my garage. Then I bring it out for the 4th of July with friends coming over and the igniter is dead. No batteries would help this thing. Poor parts. The paint fades quickly. Customer service doesn’t get back to you and basically asked if I can light it by hand? Do you think I spend a 500 on a grill to have to light it by hand? Doesn’t seem like they stand by their own product. Very unhappy. They basically get you with the “look”.
