The quality of the light frame and glass is OK, but the insulation was falling off and separating from the foil liner. I had to glue the insulation back on or it would be covering the light bulb.

Very cute light - installed 3 on our porch and they look so nice and throw excellent light. Install was a little tricky but very doable if you take your time.

The order indicated 2-day shipping on the sales page. And that was to my indicated zip code. Which would have arrived in time, before we moved out of state. Upon shipping notification, the third-party seller shipped the lights ground and not 2-day as I paid for in the purchase. I attempted to immediately cancel the order and was unable to. I would never have purchased this item had the seller been honest about the shipping method as I needed it in two days and not five days later.

This one unfortunately it seems you have to order online and wait for it, but it is MUCH better than the one with a fixed in 10yr light bulb. For this one you can buy 10 year LED bulbs and replace them easily. You can also buy bulbs with varying light output too.

I am very happy with the way the light fixture looks and the quality. But I'm not giving it 5 stars because I had a very hard time getting the 2 screws that hold the glass fixture covering to the light base out of there holes so that I could hang the light. I had to keep spraying lubricant oil and work super hard with the screw driver to break them loose. I guess they were put in too soon after it was painted. And the instructions left out a couple of steps when putting it together but I was able to figure it out. But it is installed and looks great.

The light is very attractive with real frosted glass. It was quite easy to mount the base to the porch ceiling, which is a plus since the installation instructions in the box were for a wall mount unit not resembling this light in any way. For this reason, I lowered the rating by a star. Attaching the genuine heavy glass and its mounting frame to the base was a bit difficult, but patience won out. I would suggest installing a quality LED bulb and hope it never has to be replaced.

The only reason for the 4 stars instead of five stars is because the light frame and glass is fastened to the base with two tiny screws. Keep in mind that you are needing to hold the frame/glass up and then trying to screw in the tiny screws. Might work OK if you have 3 hands. I went to the hardware store and bought to longer screws and some nuts. I cut the heads off of the screws and installed them in the base so that I had two studs sticking out. Then I used some construction adhesive to stick two nuts together for both sides (used the studs to make sure that the nut's threads lined up with each other and let it dry). Much easier to put the frame/glass up with two hands, one to hold the assembly and one to screw on the nuts.

Great product for the money. They look very nice and were easy to install. Only criticism I have is that the screws that hold the cover over the base are very short. Use a magnetic tip screw driver or buy, as I did, longer screws.

Bought this to replace identical fixture. Because we're only 3 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico I spray painted the metal frame and base with Rust-Oleum before installing. Simple fixture, 60 watt maximum. Too small for the CFL I intended to use. (100 watt equivalent, didn't have a 60 watt equivalent on hand to try.) Overall satisfied.
