Cheap fixture
Cheap. All of the lights are bent a little bit each and every way. The faux wood is equally cheap looking. Unimpressed and would not recommend.
Do NOT buy
Not real wood. Just cheap **** ****. Painted metal. The pictures Are deceiving because they are from the company's old line that used to have real wood. Another company that used to sell quality products, but decided to go the cheap route and ruined their reputation. WAY too much money for what this is....
On trend chandelier
High quality product. Shipped perfectly, on trend look, just what I was looking for. Many compliments from friends.
Extremely cheap paint
While just removing the plastic wrapping from fixture, the paint scratched off in multiple places. Very poor quality.

fixture arrived in two days, was very well protected from damage while being shipped, less than half to hang, looks great in our dining room, many compliments easy to hang, good packaging, no cons

wrong colour - not as shown
Ordered this product and waited 4 weeks for it to arrive. It's stained brown, not auburn as shown in the store and online. Very disappointed.

Arrived as promised. My electrician said it was easy to install.
Love it!
Even though it arrived with a few scratches in the wood frame, we kept it because we didn't have time to exchange it before an open house. Build.com customer service compensated us for fixing the scratches on our end. This fixture is gorgeous. Works well in our large open dining/family room. The black metal is intentionally "roughed up" a bit which I don't like, but it's not enough to degrade from the overall look. We bought the globe fixture for our staircase and pendants for our kitchen and foyer. All look great without looking "themed" in too much western/rustic style.

Great light, wood part is actual wood, very good quality...even better than in picture! Easy installation and love the style. Definitely brightens a room! great design and quality a bit on the expensive side, but after seeing quality glad we purchased this one
