Weld rusted in less then 3 years.

Installed a RVH8035 sink in February 2022. Happy with it for the most part. Noticed a spot on the drain basket in September 2024. Looking at it closely it is a hole in the drain basket. This looks like a poor weld job. Calling Ruvati the drain is an accessory and is not covered.

Don’t Buy

If you want to love, or even like your kitchen sink, don’t buy a Ruvati workstation sink. Truly the worst designed sink Ive ever seen. There’s hardly any slope so food and waste gets stuck along the edge. And the edges are square, not rounded, so any food or residual waste sits there and rots. It’s disgusting. And since I bought the under mount try changing it. Good luck. I hate this sink

Very well packaged, arrived without any damage. Accessories are high quality and really do complement the sink. The cutting board especially is a nice color and thick cut of wood, very sturdy. The colander tray looks useful—especially now that we’ve graduated from a double sink to a single. We can’t make use of the drain & drain basket as we needed to add a garbage disposal, which requires its own drain, but they are well engineered. It’s been installed for a week and we’re very happy with the choice.

Got this for a mini remodel, replaced a cast iron divided sink. It's been a few weeks now, and I am really happy with the choice. It looks elegant and is deep enough that splashing around the sink is nonexistent. I use two plastic tubs for wash water and rinse water which fit well. Ruvati recommends that you wipe and polish the sink after usage, which I do because I really like the clean polished look. I also waxed it immediately after installation and once a week since then which really helps reduce the hard water marks - Howards Wax It All - I also wax and polish the countertop with it. The cutting board is gorgeous, and I've started using the drying rack to stack my dishes on next to the sink before washing. Shipping to the store was easy and it arrived in perfect condition.

Knife-Sharp Edges on Colander are Consumer Hazard - BEWARE

Sink is great. However, the stainless steel colander has some very sharp edges that can easily cut someone when washing or drying the colander. A huge consumer safety issue! Even after contacting the Ruvati Customer Center, they sent me another colander with the exact same type of knife-sharp edges. Ruvati has a very serious problem with the design/fabrication of their workstation colanders. Consumers will get cut badly!

I am very pleased with this sink. I like the extra depth and straight sides. It has afforded me better use of a sink. The extra’s helped with the use of the sink. The sink bottom guard protects the bottom and the ledge at top holds a form fitting cutting board and a drain grid. Am more than pleased. The sink came very well packaged and in perfect condition.

LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! So very happy with this sink.
