Item works as expected. It looks like modern artwork... stylish. The controls are intuitive. Please be sure to add enough water to get it activate. In my experience, 16 ounces into the Luna electric tea kettle was insufficient to trigger the water to boil. You will enjoy the Saki Luna electric tea kettle.

Perfect for pour over

This kettle beats out quite a few other ones- awesome counterbalance the pulsing red while the kettle is heating is actually pretty neat- I like this over the Fellow EKG and it’s half the price

Love the size and the look

I purchased the kettle as well as airflyer. I am very happy for my picks. They are nice, contemporary looks, and also works beautifully. My kettle size is perfect for morning tea.

USED ITEM

Why would they send a used item? It is so disappointing when you’re anticipating for an item to arrive the packaging damaged you’re like ok whatever it is the inside that matters. Open it and find it USED!

Great Kettle, just not perfect

Great Kettle. Smooth and very controlled pouring. A full 1 liter capacity. Light indicator is a nice touch. Heats fairly quickly.

Good but not perfect kettle

Nice looking, fast water heating, great/controllable pour. I'm pleased with the purchase. Two reasons it's not 5-star: one, the paint on the outside scratches easily, no big deal just be careful.

Great variable temp kettle

I love that this kettle is silicone and plastic free inside, other than the lid gasket. The controls for temperature change are a bit slow to use being touch sensitive, and the off button requires a long hold. The kettle is very attractive and pours very nicely. Overall a great little Gooseneck kettle, with minor control drawbacks.

Touchy

I like the kettle a lot. But I worry about whether the electronics are reliable. It’s touchy and if I lift it during heating, it gets confused and I need to reset it. Also great difficulty getting it to respond when I want it to turn off. Haven’t learned its secret so I end up trying several times holding it or just barely touching wit different fingers in varying positions and amts of pressure. So far I’ve finally gotten it to turn off. ???
