Renovating my kitchen and was looking for stylish yet affordable appliances. Did my research and decided on Forno. The fridge-freezer is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. I get compliments. I’ll say so far so good

Great fridge

The fridge is great but I am having trouble with the water in the door. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Let's start with delivery.... Ship the product one week early left the fridge in front of the front door of current tenant. Current tenant could not get out of front door. Realtor called me to remove the refrigerator from the premises which I had to store in my truck for one week.

Good but arrived with dent

Fridge is good so far. We only just installed it. We haven't had chance to hook up water lines yet. It did arrive with a dent in the door so we are working with customer service to address that.

Uncertain

Still deciding if I like the product, but currently it has a issue with the freezer and its brand new

Beautiful product

We recently purchased a new home and this product was installed. Appearance and features appear to be great. Looking forward to trouble-free performance.

Do not buy

This product has not worked correctly from the start. It is limited with space, temps change everyday & food freezes constantly if in middle or back of frig.

Quality and beautiful but not functional

The product has a really great quality for the price and looks amazing. However we had a little issue with one part of the refrigerator.

We love our new Forno refrigerator. Conger Gas was very helpful in helping to select the proper appliance for our new house.

Item Broken

Freezer went out within 7 months. Having a very difficult time getting any one to contact me back.

Looks great

This refrigerator is aesthetically pleasing, looks great in our kitchen. We are unhappy because upon delivery, the ice maker and water do not work, despite being hooked up properly. We are working on getting it repaired, but it's a frustrating process. Especially since we have only owned it for 20 days and it hasn't worked since day 1. Hopefully they repair it today.

Fridge water and ice maker does not work.

I purchased this fridge and due to our home being under renovations, I did not get to use it until a few months after purchase. When the waterline was connected...the fridge was fine for a week. After that the fridge on its own would have water pouring out of the water dispenser and at times...if the button was on ice...then the fridge through out the day would spit out loads of ice. We had to deal with this happening overnight as well and wake up to a flood on our kitchen floor. We need help!

Waiting for resolution

Bought 2 fridges one has gone out after 2 months of use, light comes on as well as the control board however the compressor fails to do so. My Freezer has defrosted and the refrigerator side has stopped working as well.

Water Dispenser Not Working

Orderd 1st refrigerator in Feb during a full kitchen renovation. Refrigerator was deliverd with small dent on front door. Lowes refused to return since it was more than 48 hrs. Ordered 2nd one, now the water dispenser is not working. The second one was also delivered dented in the back and side.
