Nice fixture but delivery was a bad experience. Delivery email times were way off said delivery around 8:30pm was delivered @ 5:20pm. Had a large note on front door, cuz was delivered days early, please ring doorbell & wait til door is opened because item was 130 lbs & I didn't want sitting in front of house cuz I had no way to move. I had someone scheduled to be available on original delivery day but got delivered early. UPS didn't ring bell or wait. After 1 hr on the phone UPS returned hrs later & moved for me.

Toilet flapper Leaking after one week

We bought it and hired a plumber to install it last week. Worked fine at first but now the toilet flapper is leaking. It will flush and generate big noise in the middle of night.

Nice modern day toilet easy to install comes with essentials and works great uses a little over a gallon per flush. The white goes with everything in the bathroom. Easy to operate and has a strong flush for ease of use.

The seat design is great it closes nicely but the seat itself is horribleit slow closes like it should but is hard to lift because there's no grab piont and the quick release removal works great but the sead pivits side to side i cannot find a way to secure it.all in all im happy with it but the seat is going to cost me an additional 50 dollars that i wasnt expecting to have to pay.🤣

Toilet was delivered with a hairline crack in tank. It leaked after install. Had to uninstall and return.

Extremely nice toilet.One piece design so there's no tank to wobble in the back. A little bit higher than a standard toilet which makes it excellent. Comes with a new wax ring. Also new bolts everything you need to install. This is a one flush toilet which is great. You don't have to flush twice every time . Also comes with a toilet seat already installed. Only took about 15 minutes to install great product.
