Wouldn't recommend

I bought this range 6 months ago and it hasn't been great. The only thing I like is that it is efficient for the cooktop. Otherwise, the oven automatically turns on when the oven door is open which is dangerous and can cause fires. Also, the oven won't heat up completely, for example if I preheat to 350 degrees and then open to put the food inside it will lower the temperature significantly and stay at the low temperature unless turned up again. I would not recommend this range, and next time I will go with another brand.

Enamel is peeling after 2 years of use!

Enamel is peeling after only 2 years of normal use! Never cooked super well, but we lived with it. The enamel shouldn't be peeling after only 2 years of use. Warranty is only a year. The induction top worked well and we liked that feature alot.

Do not buy this!

Do not buy this oven! While the induction cook top is awesome, there is a serious problem with the enamel interior of the oven. After 1.5 years of use, my oven is cracked, flaking, and unusable on convection mode. The enamel flakes fly around in the oven when the fan is on. Samsung claims that this is merely cosmetic and not a major issue. There are multiple reddit threads and complaints online from many others having the same issue. Do not waste you money on this oven!

Overall really nice stove, it has the double oven but one handle, just how I wanted! The only thing that I’m confused by, is I don’t have the air fry option, or the proof option…

plus de sécurité: anciennement au gaz mais avec nouveau bébé dans la famille, je ne voulais pas prendre de risque. Aussi cette Cuisiniere ne fonctionne pas si aucun chaudron n’y est même si on accrochait le bouton en passant. Donc très sécuritaire avec un jeune enfant qui trottine dans la maison. En autant qu’aucun chaudron ni soit laissé sans utilisation. Moi je l’adore, en plus je n’utilise quasiment qu’une seule partie du four. Facile d’entretien, sons d’avertissement au début et fin de cuisson, . Me reste à programmer le wifi. Je verrai ça plus tard.

No heat!

My cooktop and oven worked for a month and then nothing. Everything lights up but I do not get heat on the cooktop or the oven. Looks good but I cannot cook anything. It has been over a week now that I have not been able to cook. Not impressed. I don’t know how much longer before the problem is resolved.

scratch heaven

I am going to give this product a 3 star and I wouldn't recommend to anybody, I just got this for a week now and it is already scratching like crazy the glass top looks like it's been beat up for years, I am on the phone now to see if I can get it replaced with a different brand, other than that it works great

Simply does not perform

So far, we are not happy with this unit. The cooktop settings do not maintain their temp- example: making pancakes I set the dial to 5- the pancakes cook well at first, sizzling as they should. By the second or third batch, they are not sizzling, and taking 4x as long to cook. The oven has a similar issue- example: we preheat to 350 and then decide to crank it up to 400. When we set the new temp at 400, the readout will display the "true" temp inside the oven at 315-330- so while we thought it was preheated to 350, it simply did not maintain that temp. We had geek squad out to repair it and they replaced some circuitboard- but the problem has never gotten any better. Simply does not perform the basic functions it is meant to perform.

Dangerously defective, oven racks collapse.

My wife was cooking a pot roast and when pulling out the rack, it collapse dumping everything on the floor. The racks will collapse with only moderate weight on them. Samsung send out a service person who was very helpful and he and Samsung agreed that the oven was defective and not repairable.

Don’t Buy “Flex Duo” Ranges

If you really cook and bake for many people, this range is a hideous choice. Although you will see appliance stores like Home Depot, Consumer Reports and even Samsung bill this range as a “double oven,” it is not.

Terrible experience

I got the Samsung induction range 2 years ago, and two times it broke down. The 1 time it took them 3 months to fix it and not even a year after it’s broken again. It’s almost a month and still no fix, they say they waiting for parts. So many calls, so many store visits, and extra warranty from the store, nothing helps. We are seniors and have to eat junk, but nobody cares. I can’t believe we have to go through this.

Stopped working after 4 months!

I bought this appliance in December after carefully shopping and looking at all my options. I chose this one because of the double oven feature. I had read that some reviewers had a very frustrating experience when the oven or the stove top stopped working within the first year. I took this with a grain of salt, thinking they had been really unlucky. Turns out my range stopped working one day, out of the blue, after 4 months only!!! Both the stovetop and the heating element in the oven. Samsung sent a technician one week later (I have a family of 3 kids!). He changed the board. It still doesn't work!!! So Samsung wants to change another part now, on a 4-month old range!!!! It will likely be another week. But now, who would trust this appliance to work for even a year?!? Not me!!! I'm so discouraged... I should have trusted the reviews.

Terrible product, terrible service

We used this four times and there was a popping sound and now it's a brick. Customer service is of little help, their service provider is non-responsive and doesn't answer calls or return messages.
