Absolutely terrible product and customer service

The oven as installed the first time I went to open the door the glass smashed. I called customer service they sent a new door it was also smashed. I had to pay to dispose of both doors. After second door came I actually got to use oven and noticed fan was making a noise in the back and so I called and they claimed they created a ticket I had to call a total of 5 times and still don’t have the noise looked at

Beautiful piece and works well

I'm a fanatic in the kitchen, always cooking. I bought this range 13 months ago and pulled it out to clean under it. When sliding it back in place, only about 2-3 feet, the outer glass on oven door shattered and Midea will NOT cover. A new door is $460 plus installation, I will NEVER buy another of their products and recommend anyone else to think twice!

Only used 8 month

I purchased this oven along with fride and dishwasher back in dec of 2023 and my oven now has an error code flashing E0 19 that no one seems to know about at customer service ! I am not to pleased. Oven was fine then this code just started out of no where !

I really like this range! Looks so cool and does cool stuff, like wifi that controls the beast even when your not around! When people see it they really check it out and love the blue oven.

I would not buy again

It takes a very long time for the burners to heat up. I spent 45 minutes cooking dinner because the burners would not heat up. The design of the cooktop is terrible , the 2 small burners are at the back with 1 medium (9 1/2") burner with a huge burner (12 1/4") at the front. I am very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to purchase this poorly designed stove.

Forgive me

I need to fix my last review of blaming the stove for the problem of not working. It turned out that it was my circuit breaker that went bad. Midea had a service man come over and checked everything out and the stove seemed to be good, so he went to the breaker box and there was the problem the breaker was burnt. We changed the breaker and now my beautiful stove is back in action. Mideas customer service and the service guy were extremely kind and knowledgeable. I am so sorry for writing a bad review before getting all the facts and information. I think I need to get off my keyboard for a while!

Beautiful but poor quality

Like several others, I bought this stove because the glass overlaps the counter & has a nice modern look. Midea has been providing parts to major manufacturers for years so I thought it would be reliable.The front display screen does not lock, it only locks the oven door. It has a massive 12" burner we hardly ever used. The glass is very delicate and scratched within the first day. In 4 months the 'Dual Burner' would sometimes work, other times it would not. After placing a service call under warranty we discovered the burner part was back ordered by 2 months. Midea did us good by providing a return to Lowes with a full refund. Too bad, as it is a great looking stove.

Changing my 1st review

I purchased this stove in October 2023. I used it for my big Thanksgiving dinner and it was great, so great that I wrote a review about it. Well now I am so disappointed..January 7th 2024, I was cooking for my family of 10 when all of a sudden I noticed that the oven wasn't getting hot, then I saw that the water on the stove stopped boiling! And just like that the entire stove stopped working! I am now waiting for a repair guy to come hopefully sometime this week but so far no one has called to schedule.

A lot of bang for your buck!

It is sleek and beautiful. So far, it is working as expected. The blue interior is amazing, and the cooktop overhang is the best! The proofing option to raise dough! Incredible!

Nice stove

I like the way the glass top lays onto the counter top and there is no crack between counter and stove.

Only range that has sides that overlap like my old Samsung other than the $2,400 Bosch. One thing I don’t like is there is a ticking when the oven is running. Also I couldn’t get the app to work on my iPhone. Heats up fast.

Disappointed to find you need an App to figure out how to set the clock. Tryed everything that was written in the manual! Was not told about it being a smart range and WiiFi friendly. This was not an important feature to us. Wasn’t made aware of this feature so we may have asked more questions had we known.

Great stove

I was a bit nervous about buying this stove because there isn't much information on it, thats also why I feel I needed to write a review on it. Let me say I am beyond impressed with it. Before writing this review I first wanted to see how it can handle serious cooking, like Thanksgiving which I cooked for 20 people and how the self clean worked for the aftermath. Wow everything came out perfectly cooked! The oven is one of the best ovens I've ever had. All of the food was cooked evenly and on time. I had all of the burners going as well and the heat is very accurate. Very easy clean up especially if you ever had a glass top before you would do the same thing, nothing different. With just a touch of a button for the self clean and within 3 hrs it was like brand new again! I truly would recommend Midea 30-in Glass top 5 elements Stove.

Beautiful, sleek and fully functional. Dented on sides when arrived but Lowe’s made right
