Our handyman installed this easily enough and it works and looks great HOWEVER be aware that getting dimmers and LED light bulbs to work well together is a PIA! If we turn the light up to full brightness they flicker or strobe. I don't know if this is an issue of wiring in the lamp or something else but we are not alone. We did get a new 3 way switch for dimmers and LED but it didn't make a difference. We'll just live 80% brightness which is fine and not worth pursuing further since we already spent hours on this.

The light fixture itself is ok, but I do have a complaint about how the design of the chain that holds the light fixture. The chain is difficult to attach to the loop on the ceiling and the light fixture itself. It was difficult to bend the chain so that I can separate the number of links that I need. The chain needs to be designed better.
